Stopped in for breakfast. They were busy and I had to wait 15mins to get my meal. Understandable when busy. Recieved the food and it was so cold it felt refrigerated. Half the contents of the wraps were laying in the bag. Staff was courteous, food was inedible.

There was no soap in the bathroom. Told the manager at the till about it and she apologized. My bf proceeded to have his meal and maybe 15-20 min later no one had replaced the soap. Very concerning and gross. Glad I didn’t order anything

I didn't realize you could mess an order 3 times. 1 Cheeseburger happy meal ended up being chicken nuggets, 1 habanero chicken and 1 Mcchicken ended up being 2 habanero chicken, and then when they remade the Mcchicken it was missing the bottom bun... Apparently they had all new hires working according to the supervisor who was very apologetic about the situation. Overall it was not the best experience

I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 meal and in my order I missed my doubble quarter pounder burger

I'm not sure if its a training issue or a software issue but if you can add a forgotten junior chicken to your order their is a problem. Don't bother ordering fries from these jokers either ordered a large fry got it 3/4 full and all cooked yo be limp noodles. Mcdonalds is pretty basic sad to see this one failing so bad
it was very long, we waited 21 minutes to get the food. It was very cold in the room, the air conditioner is working very hard!

Pulled up for curbside pickups and they usually get it right. Burgers are made correctly and fries are usually always fresh. Been visiting for 15 years plus now. Will continue 👍🏾
