Terrible listening skills, my 2 year old niece listens better. Can’t even get me the right order or the right drink size. I wish I could say I’m disappointed but, I’m not even surprised this is the now normal. Getting things wrong is normalized and should not be. It’s not hard to take an order or give the customer what they asked/paid for.
