Overall a positive experience my only complaint is the stinginess of the fries. Since I love them, I noticed that the fries were very sparse :(

24-hour open? Closed 345 am for a break which is fine then used my card to pay for my 4 coffee worker said it didn't go through so I paid cash checked my bank later turns out in did go through called the manager getting free coffees following morning, manager said was their computers shut down and reset, showed up later 430 am to avoid waiting and been sitting here almost half hour lol yeah I'm taking my business and my crews business elsewhere for the next 3 months while we're here, maybe tim Hortons will appreciate our business more. Later this morning, I'll finf this managers boss and reached out to them

The food is the usual great, and the service really good too. But it was loud in there with the music playing, and difficult to have a conversation. The tables also weren't the cleanest.
Even after giving the coupon for a breakfast deal, I was charged full price by the staff who had no idea what they are doing. She was very ignorant and not trying to be racist, but she could not even understand nor not able to explain why I was charged full price? Please hire people that could speak English!!!

During our drive to Calgary we had a break on this place but this place was so crowded, hardly any place to sit there. The workers were not taking the customers seriously. They were busy in their talk and making fun of each other. The service was pathetic. Food was also not as good as the of brand name. Parking facility was also no good. The place was also not clean. It was dirty, garbage bins were full.
