I had a wonderful experience at Petu Indian Restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind, making the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommend
The server was friendly and cheerful. I tried Indian food in Drumheller for the first time and found it delicious. The biryani was served in a traditional pot, and the interior decoration reflected Indian culture. Soft music was playing, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

Don’t judge the restaurant by its looks! Especially Petu.
From outside it looks fairly uninspiring and the inside decore feels like an half hearted effort to convert a restaurant with greek/roman themed decor into an Indian restaurant.
Having said that, this mid sized place did end up churning out fairly decent food. We tried two chicken gravies and dal and they were quite good. The naans were the highlight and they were outstanding, crispy...
