Ordered a pizza and a drink for take out and the arrival time was supposed to be 12:05pm and my food showed up 20 minutes late and was given a cold pizza. Their delivery driver is almost always late but today by far was the worst.

As a former Manager I remembered when this glitch popped up on occasion. After an hour of tech frustration from trying to collect my hot points and a vicious loop appears when neither the app or on the browser works. Zee was busy in the middle of a supper rush and took the time to see the issue. He could easily of passed the buck and moved on. But he was professional and understanding. He took the time and cared. Thank you

Price advertised on screen incorrect, when questioned about the price difference nothing was done to rectify the mistake except for being advised to order online next time. Disappointed that the advertised price was not honoured.:( pizza itself tasted great.

They are so helpful there. I placed a delivery order there and then noticed awhile after I placed it that construction started on my street where they were tearing up the whole road. I called them to let them know that the delivery driver probably couldn't make it to my house because of it and that it was totally my fault for not noticing so I told them I was more than fine with them keeping the money and food because that's on me for not knowing and totally not their fault. The man still somehow managed to deliver it he must have had to walk. Unbelievable service thank you!

Kuddos to pizza Hut Drumheller,I am a pizza lover and tried pizza mostly every place I visit ,they diliver the same quality and taste which I had in my home country.I had once dine in experience the lady over there treat us very well and she was soft spoken ,after that I place order on phone couple of times and always get the same quality and hot pizza in mentioned time ... I will recommend from my side if you are a pizza lover you should try Pizza hut
