As a former Manager I remembered when this glitch popped up on occasion. After an hour of tech frustration from trying to collect my hot points and a vicious loop appears when neither the app or on the browser works. Zee was busy in the middle of a supper rush and took the time to see the issue. He could easily of passed the buck and moved on. But he was professional and understanding. He took the time and cared.
