Ordered two drinks.. asked for less ice in one and got with double quantity ice.. and literally chunks of ice in there. The second drink, asked for less whipped topping and got that one with extra whipped topped and extra syrup. Had to throw them in garbage.

My daughter simply wanted to hear what flavors of syrup there was as she's a child who doesn't know what coffee shops might have to offer, and the kid working just acted rude and put out by the request - originally just stating *well a-lot, whats she looking for* in a rude tone and volume we could barely even hear. No one else was there, no one else was looking to order.
You to tell her what flavors there are so she can order a drink that we are going to over pay for, that's what we are looking for.

Disappointed that this is the only location in Drumheller and they don't honour the Starbucks birthday reward. Nice gesture but it fell flat.
I went to the Starbucks in Drumheller and ordered a summer berry lemonade, and as I was paying with my debit, I looked up at the girl and she gave me the dirtiest look and then gave me a big fake smile. They made the wrong drink ,so my daughter had to go back and tell them and they were laughing at her and they didn’t wanna make her a new drink , girl with brown hair and short brown bangs and Abi both girls are very rude!!!!!!!!!!
