I went to the Starbucks in Drumheller and ordered a summer berry lemonade, and as I was paying with my debit, I looked up at the girl and she gave me the dirtiest look and then gave me a big fake smile. They made the wrong drink ,so my daughter had to go back and tell them and they were laughing at her and they didn’t wanna make her a new drink , girl with brown hair and short brown bangs and Abi both girls are very rude!!!!!!!!!!

The workers were nice enough, one was clearly not interested in helping us as she had to be pulled away from talking with her friends beside the booth. The iced peach green tea I ordered was almost made incorrectly but I was watching and corrected before she finished. The shaken espresso I ordered was all ice. Literally 2 sips and the drink was gone. There was a worker making it when the other says “no put lots more ice”. Basically the amount of liquid you would find in a tall shaken espresso but with enough ice for it to be a venti.
I was tricked by a staff.I visited here on August 11th at around 3:40. I ordered caramel frappucino but they gave me caramel crunch frappucino. When I was ordering, the staff was smirking each other and didn’t give me a receipt. She says it’s more than $6 for tall size so I thought it’s so expensive but I thought that’s the price here but…Maybe I am an Asian but anyways, that was the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

My friend’s drink was made incorrectly and when she asked for it to be corrected (tea wasn’t steeped for a London fog) she was met with eye rolls and muttering. The new drink was aggressively placed on the counter, and when she tried it there was no sweetener added. The other barista, Averie, took the drink to correct it while the initial barista, Abi, walked away muttering and was clearly unhappy with us. It was very unprofessional and I have never encountered such poor service at a Starbucks before.
