Staff are always friendly, space is clean and food is good. I’ve done app ordering and in person and both turn out good. We’ve used them to cater meetings as well.

Yesterday, July 24/2024, at around 12:30 - 1:00 PM my husband dropped in to Drumheller Subway to pick up my usual delicious footlong when he had a bad dizzy spell and disorientation experience. The staff there were amazing and caring. He had to wait about an hour for my son-in-law to get him and take him to hospital. (He is okay). I just wanted to thank all the staff who took care of him during this time. You are wonderful

Asked for my sub to be toasted they left it out after toasting to make another sub while mine went cold. Asked for a fountain drink and didn't get one staff was rude and non accommodating. I come from Ontario and our subway is so much better. Will never come back again

We enjoyed our dinner here. Fresh food, clean store and nice patio. Serving people are very kind. We will visit again.
We went there twice during our visit to Dhrumheller. The staff is supper friendly the service was fast, the dine in area was super clean and well maintained. Washroom was superclean as well despite being on a tourist location. I saw that when ever the line gets any long then 3 customers the more sandwich artists will come out to help and get us served.
Vegetarian options: Veggi sandwich.

I would like to open this review by saying I am very satisfied with the cleanliness and customer service at this establishment. Staff members were professional, efficient and pleasant. The building is clean and well-kept. Though the restaurant was busy, I received my order in a timely fashion. I am grateful to the staff for their hard work and commitment to customer care. If you are going to visit a Subway restaurant, this is a nice one to go to.
However, I cannot strictly recommend eating at Subway because the prices are too high for what you get. This is, obviously, not an issue that the staff at this location can control, but I think it is worth noting all the same. A footlong sandwich without any extras - no sides, no drinks, nothing - runs $12-15, which is more than I think is reasonable for a fast food sandwich. Hopefully Subway scales back its prices because I do like the food, but it just isn't worth what it costs.
