Food was okay, but the service was very disappointing. The girl named Mani at the counter was rude and unprofessional. Customer service needs serious improvement at this Subway.

Staff member malou and her co worker a guy were so arrogant, making faces and excuses while making foot long even didn’t change their gloves for separate order , I asked for potato rings which she forgot to put in foot long, and they messed up with our whole order

Yesterday, July 24/2024, at around 12:30 - 1:00 PM my husband dropped in to Drumheller Subway to pick up my usual delicious footlong when he had a bad dizzy spell and disorientation experience. The staff there were amazing and caring. He had to wait about an hour for my son-in-law to get him and take him to hospital. (He is okay). I just wanted to thank all the staff who took care of him during this time. You are wonderful
