One of the filthiest places I have ever stepped in. The staff do not use proper food handling procedures. No hand washing, cleaning, etc. Rotten stench in the restaurant. They smoke in it after hours. I sincerely do not know how AHS hasn’t closed this place down. It’s a risk to public health and safety.

This was the best burger I have ever had!!!
We don't have a burger in Calgary that is this good, now I have to drive to Drumheller for the best burger I have ever had in my life. Don't even get me started on the gravy, it was roast beef in a cup, I drank what was left! The vibe reminded me of down home in Newfoundland <3 I even spotted an ugly stick in the corner.

The lady that worked there was adorable, told us about the live music they have and the old grouch himself made our burgers and chatted with us too.
He actually seems super nice hahaha

I honestly can't wait to come back, I will be searching for a burger as good as this for the rest of my life. Thank you so much!

I used to eat here many years ago when I lived in Drumheller and always loved it. Stopped in yesterday and we both had the lunch special which was a bowl of onion soup and a tuna sandwich and both were amazing and priced at only $9.95! Without question, the onion soup was the best I had in my life! Service and atmosphere were terrific. Eat here, you will love it!

Went here for lunch with some co-workers and I loved it! The food was amazing! Roast beef sandwich on a cheese bun with some homemade pickled peppers was sooo good and the fries 10/10. Plus our served was awesome and funny. Would go back just to chat her up! Will be going back :)

I ignorantly thought Drumheller would be all mediocre chain restaurants. pleasant surprise to stumble in here!!

Blast from the past, lovely vibe, lovely play area for kids. Food was clearly homemade and yummy, specifically the soup!

This is our second visit. We both ordered burgers and shared a plate of home fries. The food is delicious and large portions. We should have shared a burger between the two of us! The atmosphere is wonderful, they’ve decorated with cool things all over the walls, the space is indeed very cozy. The owner was out and chatting with us, making sure that we were happy with the food. I honestly believe the prices are too low for the quality of the food, and the quantity we received. We will definitely be back next time we are visiting Drumheller!

My husband and I went in for our anniversary dinner as we moved to the neighborhood a year prior and always wanted to go, we’ve had the pecan pies from there before , made to order and it was INCREDIBLE!
We had burgers for dinner (one beef burger & one chicken burger) with sides of fries & gravy and we picked up some white chocolate macadamia nut cookies to go for desert. The service was wonderful and the food was amazing as well. We had a great time interacting with Fran and her son 🥰 such a lovely little place, very homey & you can tell there’s a lot of love in this place :) 10/10 would recommend! My husband and I will absolutely be returning to try some of the other menu items in the future !! Thank you Fran (and son) for your kindness and generosity on our three year wedding anniversary, we look forward to seeing you again

The name of the place made me curious. But walking inside, the temperature was easily 10° warmer inside than outside, the ceiling in one area looked like it had water damage or rotting and ready to fall in, the order when you walked in was a cross between major mildew and old food. I wanted to dine there, but just could not ... the first impression was not good.

Decided to check this place out before our hike and I’m so glad we did! We got their lunch special which was a soup and sandwich. They loaded the sandwich with ham and the hot peppers and pickles tasted amazing, it was a great combination. The soup was a beef and vegetable soup that was packed with tons of flavour and had me wanting more. We also got a macadamia cookie and a slice of apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert. The cookie was soft and sweet and the pie was delicious and paired well with the ice cream. The owners were kind and hospitable. Please come and support this local business, their food is definitely worth your next meal and your taste buds will thank you.
