Went here about a week ago, didn’t have chicken for a wrap, so I just got my usually drink which is a white hot chocolate. I used to live in Drumheller and I would get that drink every morning, and every time they gave me a regular hot chocolate. So as expected they got it wrong again. It was no big deal, I went back inside and asked them to change it. They told me they seen that I asked for that drink, but it’s seasonal so they just made me a regular drink. Fast and friendly sevice. Amazing to see how team member extend extra help to their guests.
Today in Drumheller on July 14/21, my daughter drove my truck thru the drive thru line to place her order & someone who identified himself as the manager told her that my truck is too big to use the drive thru!! It has a stock lift with standard 16" tires on it. Why on earth would you think that truck it too big!!
I'd like to hear your silly answer the next time that I, myself, drives thru there.
