I ordered simply cheese pizza and asked for crispy onions on top. He said we don’t do it over here like seriously I usually order like this on all tims and never had issue. I switched the order and they took so long too make it. Rude behaviour from the staff

The mural featuring donuts and dinosaurs adds a cool local vibe, making it a standout location compared to other Tim’s. The usual menu items are here, and while service can get busy at peak times, the atmosphere makes up for it. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in town, especially for the quirky design!

Worst experience ever! The middle aged lady that took my order seemed like she was in outer space or high kn something. She was zoned out. She took my order, asked me what I wanted for the combo I ordered and then didn't give me the combo I ordered - none of it except the coffee, and when I asked her where the missing items were, she said I didn't order a combo. No apology, no nothing - not even let me get a new one going for you! I wish I could give a negative 5 stars for this person! 10:00 a.m. on November 9. Check your staff!

This is my favorite Timmies. The customer service is above and beyond. Always a friendly face greeting you, NO MATTER the time of day. My fave person there is the dude that works window in the a.m. he wears glasses. I moved out of town and believe me, I miss that morning trip to Tim's and greeted with smile and always kind word. Service was not friendly, got the impression they couldn't wait to return to their conversation. Menu was a bit difficult on the display board, hard to figure out what come with what, etc. The chili I had was ok, if not a bit watery. Price was somewhat expensive for what you get.

We stopped at this Tim Hortons today on a visit to Drumheller. This Tim Hortons is terrible. The bathrooms were so dirty. My husband walked into the men’s washroom and immediately came out and said it was too disgusting. The woman’s washroom was locked so we all used the family washroom which was a bit better but had no soap to wash your hands. Makes you wonder about the personal hygiene of the staff. After 15 minutes no one came out of the woman’s washroom so I went and voiced my concerns to the girl working the front cash and it seemed that she couldn’t care less and just said someone must be using it. I waited another 5 minutes as I was concerned, and I banged on the door and no one answered. So I went the second time to voice my concerns that someone could have collapsed in there so she finally listened walked over and tapped on the door as we were leaving. I really hope no one was in distress in there. Makes me shake my head. We opted out on buying food at this location. Very disappointing.
