I ordered both hot coffee and iced coffee — both were excellent! The service was quick and friendly, and the drinks were fresh and tasty. The washroom was clean, but since many guests come from the highway, it would be even better to keep both washrooms open. Overall, a great stop for coffee!

Terrible experience at this location. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, but what I got was completely burned—black and inedible. On top of that, the staff showed very poor customer service when I pointed it out. Serving food in this condition shows a lack of care and respect for customers. Very disappointing and definitely not what I expect from this chain.

Went here about a week ago, didn’t have chicken for a wrap, so I just got my usually drink which is a white hot chocolate. I used to live in Drumheller and I would get that drink every morning, and every time they gave me a regular hot chocolate. So as expected they got it wrong again. It was no big deal, I went back inside and asked them to change it. They told me they seen that I asked for that drink, but it’s seasonal so they just made me a regular drink. This is my drink all year round, I used to get it all summer, and if they didn’t have the right stuff to make it I should have been informed I was getting a regular hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed, if your are stopping by Drumheller just go to McDonald’s at this point, their coffee is better and they won’t screw up your order
