Vietnamese Noodle House Drumheller

First time going to this restaurant.

We only went for ice creme and truthfully the ladies were amazing yet the selection of ice creme wasn't good an for a place that has a sign souly claiming ice-cream they need to do better in selection

Scoop sizes were moderately okay could be bigger for the price.

**they didn't have debt at the time apparently so it was cash or emt which they failed to tell us till after we were handed the ice-cream**

Wait time of the food was so slow.It say it was a Vietnamese restaurant but it taste like a Thai restaurant. Can’t really communicate. Don’t speak English. Gave me wrong food.

My husband and I were so grateful to stumble upon this place. We have been searching for flavourful Pho that matched our favourite place in Richmond, BC (Pho37).. This was it! I got the chicken pho and my husband got the rare beef with beef balls. WOW! The broth - chef's kiss! We also tried a frozen taro drink with jellies on the bottom.... also delicious!! We had great service so it was all around a pleasant experience. Thank you !

Terrible service. The staffs served their kids more than me. I had to ask someone to take my orders after I sat there for 10 mins, and she ended up asking me to write my orders on the paper and brought it to kitchen by myself. The food was bad, the worst Vietnamese foods I had in my life. I ordered the beef noodle bowl, no taste even I put 2 fish sauces into it.

I made an order for pick up and my bill was higher than anticipated. because there was a price difference between their website and the store menu. the meal I ordered for pick up showed 16.95 and I was charged 19.90 for the one meal. That price difference would add up significantly if I had ordered for a family of 4.
The food is okay but not worth 20 dollars for a single meal. They did not stand by the price on their web site menu for the bombyah. They did not tell me my total when I placed my order. So I had no way of knowing the price difference.

The service is too long, the food is not authentic vietnamese food, the washroom is too dirty, poor quality service!!!

Service was terrible. We asked for extra spice because we wanted it spicy and still didn’t get it, our orders were mixed up, we had to ask about 2/3 times to bring our drinks and the drinks came after we had Finished eating.
Food tasteful awful and smelt stale, Table didn’t have Utensils, we had to take from a different table our self.
Washroom was not clean.
The only highlight was the shrimp spring roll was nice.

I tried their house special pho - the meat and noodles were hard ! broth taste weird so far from an authentic Vietnamese pho, I couldn't even finish it! The dish is overpriced for the tiny portion they served!

Not worth visiting this place for their pho! I wouldn't recommend nor come back!

Horrible. Service was terrible. There was missing utensils, rancid sauces on the table, we didn't get the toppings that pho usually has. Beef was pre-cooked and frozen. Somehow dry in the soup. Twice I had to ask for assistance. Once I had to yell into the kitchen to get their attention. Server didn't know the menu.

The restaurant was empty when we came in so the poor service was surprising. The server gave great attention to their friends that came in after us.

I'm praying we don't get food poisoning from the food.

The first time I wrote a Google review for a restaurant, it was for the worst Vietnamese restaurant I’ve ever been to. The portions of the noodles were very small, and there was no service at all. I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s surprising it still has 4 stars on Google reviews.
