Sadly I won't be using this place again. I told her that was good and all I wanted, meaning the sandwich was ready and I went to the til. She decided to put salt and pepper on it. I didn't ask for salt and pepper and I can not have pepper because I am allergic. When I told her that she looked at me like she didn't understand. Now I have a sandwich that I still had to pay for that I can't eat.

This place has been reported to corporate. They want to charge you for extra vegetables if you want more than a few, they make up there own rules based off what u get. Been here twice and they don't even put on the correct amount of meat they are suppose to put on it. Will never be back.

Terrible service. Hair in food. Staff are supposed to be wearing hair nets when handling food. Staff didn't seem to want to be working.

Staff are very friendly, veggies and meats are always fresh. We order on the app, order in store, eat in and take out. When ordering on the app they always follow special instructions and when we order in store they will suggest other sauces or vegetables and go a step further by allowing us to try a sauce or a vegetable. I do agree with some of the comments about add extras. When ordering extra vegetables it’s a little short but that is a standard subway franchise rules and I hope corporate subway will allow their franchises to serve their customers as requested. We eat here regularly and glad we have subway as an option here in Elk Point.
Parking: Angled parking and if needed there is parking on both sides of the building. They use to have a drive-thru, I have parked at the old drive-thru for ease and convenience if the angle parking is full.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly. This is my son’s favourite place to eat and now like to order for himself. The staff is aware of his favourites, suggest things he may like, and allow him to try sauces and vegetables.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, wide aisles, easy access to refreshment machine and fridge. I believe the washroom would allow for wheelchair access. When needed I’m sure the staff would kindly move a chair or two and I believe there would be room for a wheelchair and also believe the table height would be sufficient.
