Love this quaint and very clean Cafe Pub! We had German Pilsner from Medicine Hat Brewing and had the special of the day, Lasagna with Garlic toast and a Mexican Pizza. Both had been pre-made and then frozen at the main restaurant in Medicine Hat before coming here, but we thoroughly enjoyed our meals on their huge patio! Service good, prices decent. We'd definitely go again.
Love how small it is and so clean! I judge a restaurant for cleanliness and atmosphere, even before eating! We had the lasagna (special of the day) and a Mexican Pizza. They are shipped to the restaurant frozen from their main restaurant in Medicine Hat, but everything was so delicious! We also enjoyed a German Pilsner on tap (also from Medicine Hat).
Service was great. Prices were reasonable
Unfortunately we didn't have a good experience here. The first evening was good service for getting a bottle of wine and piece of cheesecake to go. But the next late afternoon we came in to order dinner but weren't told the oven wasn't working until we'd stood staring at the menu for quite awhile (with no one else in line) then went up to order. There was little available to eat otherwise. And the sign on the door in hand written pen saying the oven was good...
