Excellent customer service- fast and friendly service upon arriving and when they realised I was mising my fries in my order, before I had even looked in the bag they quickly rushed out to make sure I had them. Awesome.

Took about 3-5 min for someone to acknowledge us and come to the front counter & take our order, watched our cones sit there, finally just walked up and took them myself. The ice cream was already very melted. I could have done without them on my road trip & probably will not go back

Pathetic, I expected better being the only customer at the time at 6pm. A better effort has to be made, especially when I was asked to pull around to the parking lot to wait

I found 2 hair in my Blizzard. The first one was a long curly red plastic shaving so kept eating thinking it was from the spoon but after a few more bites i found another black hair. I felt disgusted so i went back and they return my money.
