Ordered onion rings and cheese burger combo. Onion rings looked strange and had off taste and burger bun had hard dry parts on one side. Pretty much threw rings away. Yuck

FOOD expect what you order... then go from there. .SERVICE ..the young fellow at the service desk was very patient (there were no other customers there). We often choose to eat in. (Unless it's just coffee and/or ice cream then it's drive-thru). The last visit in was very typical for us. Ordered chicken strips with dip. (I'll maybe try something different next time). The children got kids meals, but we had to keep running up to the front to remind them of the parts which had to be brought out one by one..Strips..... Dips......applesauce..... milk..... ice cream.... Good thing we were eating in.Ambience WOW!!! So So many FLIES!! Ugh. I asked for a fly swatter. The helpful young fella went to the little lady worker for help didn't get help, (she was very very unhelpful, so he rolled up a bag for ME to swat them with. I feel there were so many flies enjoying the food establishment. I do hope they get some control over this and wipe down all the food preparation areas before I go back for eating either in or drive-thru next time.

Im a fan of dq for their ice cream but when it comes to their food I've never been a very big fan. When they still offered chilli cheese dogs I would eat them all of the time but now it's only all about their ice cream.

Was 1 other table in there eating when we arrived, it took 25 minutes to get 2 chicken strip baskets, and then the one had straps that were so over done they were hard to eat, the onion rings were cold. Not impressed and this is not the first time the service has been slow or the order has been wrong.

Very slow service, sat in drive through for over 20 minutes with 1 person infront of us, they need to work on this, buddy infront of us sat at the window for almost 10 minutes before they even took his money. They need to work on this, staff was friendly at the window but this wait is crazy for something that is supposed to be fast food. Food was very fresh though ?
