Best way to put it. If you like Tim Hortons do not go to the Fairview location, it'll ruin all Tim Hortons for you. The food is a disappointment. If you wanted a breakfast wrap that tasted and smelt like dirty dish water look no further than Fairview Tim Hortons. The burnt coffee flavour is just great aswell.

Apparently when you go to the drive through for a simple breakfast they make you wait in the parking lot for your food? Every single person in the drive through was made to wait in the parking lot for their food. Very confusing and not great service.

It’s really nice where they don’t have any convenience to truck drivers won’t even allow you to walk up and get a coffee in the drive-through. says a lot about this business without truck drivers they wouldn’t be in

I always go during the evenings because the staff there especially Kajal just knows how to make my order right. She always welcomes us with a smile. We always keep going back just because of her excellent customer service :)

Found a hair in my bacon egg bagel this morning. It was baked right into the egg.
Also, the lady at the window cares more about her speed of service time than customer service. I had stopped in the drive thru before the window, no one was behind me, to dig out my card. She leaned out the window to 'urge' me to the window. At the window machine in my window she had the machine in there telling me it's ready for me to pay. She repeated it a couple times before I asked for time to look for my card. I tapped then turned to put away my card and she had my food in my window saying here's your order, here's your order, here's your order. There was no one behind me! I felt so rushed and it put a damper on my morning. And then I found the hair in my sandwich!

I order a bacon farmers wrap with extra bacon and extra sause and I got no extra bacon nor sause AND i paid for it!!! WOW TIM HORTON BE BETTER AT YOUR JOB!!!I'm very disappointed, and some of the employee seems to have hate for the customer. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL!!!!!

Worst Tim Hortons. Staff does not actually listen to your order and always make mistakes. I have not had one right order in months.
You might get the right thing if you only order a plain coffee or tea.
It’s frustrating going through the drive through. Having one person start taking your order and other one jumping in half way through.
They park almost everyone and forget food, I drove away without my food twice in the past month as I couldn’t keep waiting.
