If i would be able to give zero. I would. Have given that. Worst experience ever. Worst staff ever. I was the person who used to drink ice coffee every single day but now i do just once or twice a month because of attitude of the staff and taste. They lost one of the regular customer. They need to get new staff in, Who can greet customers well and make the orders as per instructions. Staff really needs to change. I never did a review in my life. Its been 8 months i am living in fairview and this experience forced me to do a review...the owner really needs to watch because you are loosing sales because of the poor staff and its not just me others people also complaining.

Their hours are awful! customer service is awful… close at a certain hour and then won’t service customers coffee 3 or 4 mins before! When we worked customer service 10 years ago doors weren’t locked before official closing time! Customers came first!Communication between employees is embarrassing… one employee says sure order it’s not official closing time and the next one states no! It’s not like it’s midnight, they don’t have late hours, they close at 9pm usually.

Orders are wrong daily and alot do not speak clear English . The language barrier is to much . Most orders come out wrong and it's a constant battel to try to understand most employees.

Store is usually very clean, most staff seem either disinterested or always having bad days. Ordering any espresso beverage won't result in a freshly made espresso, seems they tend to keep an unknown amount in a cup and pour a new one after its

The slowest Tim hortons I’ve ever been to. 25 minutes for the worst made wrap ever. Burnt and sauce all other the wrapper. They need better staff they just look at you and don’t come to take the order.

The food is consistent as is the service. When you have more then two people in a vehicle I recommend not using the drive through. My last visit resulted in going back in twice because of mistakes. It would have been 3 times but time did not permit.

Received a sloppy breakfast wrap with sauce all over it and wrapped up for the perfect messy surprise that goes well with a large pumpkin latte that's just over half full. When I took the cup, I knew it felt light, so I opened the lid to look in it while I was still in the drive-thru. As I did, the worker at the window said, "Next order please," to move me along. Buh-bye.

I am so mad at their stupid bathroom door ,it doesn't work properly and didn't lock and having some lady and her kid come in while I'm in the middle of using the toilet , it's an automatic door so it goes wide open and stays you can't even pull it closed after you accidentally walk in on someone , sitting here for 30 seconds exposed to the whole restaurant, I'm humiliated that was unbelievable i am beyond pissed that's a completly unacceptable and avoidable situation will be talking to a lawyer I feel completely violated
