Every time I come through fort Macleod to get a burger for my daughter I ask for no cheese because she’s allergic. They always put cheese on it. This time they put cheese on it again and the burger also had a moldy bun. Not impressed

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to A&W. I ordered a tea and when I started drinking it, I found a fly inside the cup. That’s absolutely unacceptable for any restaurant, especially one that promotes quality and cleanliness. It completely ruined my experience and made me question the hygiene standards here. I expected much better from A&W, and I hope management takes food safety more seriously.

Every person except for one angry little Filipina with an Australian accent for some reason is just a mean little person. She orders around the other girls constantly often in the middle of while you’re ordering she cuts out to yell at her colleagues:(. Did it to me and another cowboy and cowgirl who ordered before me. When she was rude to the cowgirl you could see the cowboy look like he was ready to jump in but last second cowgirl caught on and grabbed his arm. Anyways aside from that the other employees were outstanding. Super nice, kind and quick. Want to say after a couple days I’d walk in or drive through for my chai latte and they would already be punching it in before I ordered. I’m away from home when I’m eating at restaurants so when the staff takes time with me and is kind it really helps my mood and homelessness feel better. Love you guys(all girls, little pinays:))

Only person in line today, ordered 2 burgers and they gave me breakfast items. Combined iq of 20 with the ones that work here. Highly recommend staying away unless u want a random order everytime

Online hrs say open till 10pm, when I get here doors are locked at 8pm and only drive through is open till 10pm. How ridiculous!! Can't exactly pull through the drive through in a big rig!!... so It turned into a walk through! Food was good and fresh

We love the Fort Macleod A&W. The staff is always so friendly and happy. It's become our place to stop when we're even close to it.
Parking: You can park your RV along the road in front for easy in and out.

Extremely slow service. Two teenagers up front both didn't seem to know what they were doing. Were slow to take orders/didn't make eye contact. My order was wrong which they corrected no problem, but it shouldn't be a 25 min stop to grab a breakfast sammy when there isn't even much of a line up.

Got the chubby burger, 2 weeks into new recipe, will never order again. But the manager Sherry was awesome, fixed what was wrong 110%, I appreciate the handwritten note I got when I got home from vacation. Will always stop by on our way through Fort Macleod, thanks Sherry.
