Clean dining area. very friendly staff. was probably the best DQ I have been to. Service was very fast, we were greeted with big smile by staff upon entering and they brought our hot food to our table very quickly after we seated. It was like a fine dine experience in a fast food restaurant.

The food was delicious and well-prepared. I ordered the chicken strip basket and strawberry blizzard and it exceeded my expectations. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the presentation was impressive. The portion size was generous without being overwhelming. The service was equally impressive. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Our food arrived quickly, and the staff seemed genuinely committed to providing a great dining experience.

absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I've ever seen the pin pad to pay for your food was so covered in grease and mold it actually slipped out of my hands and the two guys at the counter were extremely unpleasant to deal with as well. don't want to get sick? skip over this particular DQ. not very often will I write a bad review as we all have bad days but this was very obviously careless and inconsiderate of the health of their patrons

Dairy Queen Fort MacLeod...NEVER FAILS! They can't get anything correct and the food is always over cooked and f'n as cold as their ice milk. Doesn't matter what time a day or night you order... it's like they make a bunch of burger fries and onion rings and leave it under the "heat" lamp for hours hoping someone will come to by their crap food. So expensive and super frustrating!!! Last visit for us! NEVER AGAIN!!! I'M SUPER PISSED! PS... I don't bother calling anymore to complain because they don't give a crap or they just say... sorry it will be better next time, there will be NO next time!

Consequently, we opted for the double cheeseburger with fries deal. The lady at the till even processed the transaction in a manner that enabled us to save money, which was a thoughtful gesture.
I also purchased my favorite pumpkin pie Blizzard, which appeared melted in the photograph, but was actually not served that way. The pumpkin pie smoothie was identical to the Blizzard in terms of taste and consistency, which was delightful.
My husband had the pecan Blizzard and described it as satisfactory, although I found it less appealing. The front area and both bathrooms were immaculately clean, which reflected positively on the establishment.
The only drawback was that the burgers were slightly dry, but all other aspects of our visit were exemplary.
