i stayed in fort macleod for about three weeks, in that time, i was MASSIVELY underwhelmed with every eating establishment i went to.

out of all of those, this was the best experience. lunch menu is little lackluster, but, the prices reflect what you get, and its not bad, so hey, i would order that turkey sandwich again. Breakfast is where they really shine.

fort macleod is a really cool small frontier town, and when i revisit, i can say i will at least be going back here.

My favorite thing from Johnny's is for sure the War Wonton Soup (If you get a large, prepare to take some home. It's huge!) If you're looking for a brand new Chinese restaurant, this isn't the place for you. What makes this place SO special is the owners, the charm that their historical building brings, and all the stories it holds. Even Kevin Costner and Diane Lane filmed in here for the movie Let Him Go!

Absolutely wonderful Gluten Free Breakfast, bacon, and cheese omelet with hashbrowns and toast.

Owner and staff knowledgable and yes they use a gluten-free toaster. Everything is cooked safely.

Thank you for the fantastic service and the incredible food . We will be back!

Solid 3 star place. I'm from a small village so know how hard it is to find an outstanding diner.
Hash browns weren't cooked completely but the eggs n bacon benny was alright.

Although I live out of town, I like to stop here for a leisurely breakfast or lunch. The menu is small but so far every item I have ordered here has been very good. The service is excellent and I love the open space that they occupy...

The service here is really long while waiting. The food we ordered took really long to come to the table. I am coming back here. 🙄 ...it probably racial profiling thing!

Money paid, good, honest, tasty food for a very reasonable price. Perhaps they could source bread from the Homestead Bakeshop as their bread could have been improved.

Quaint diner serving great breakfasts and light lunches. Stopped here on the way through and the BLT and the Clubhouse were great, fresh and simple homemade food, and very reasonable prices. Be sure to stop in!

This was the worst food I’ve ever eaten. We got ginger beef, chicken balls, shrimp, and dry ribs and they were all terrible. The rice was soggy and non edible.
