Burned pizza. topping missing late delivery

Good service, good clean restaurant. Food comes plentiful here you will NOT go hungry. I was disappointed with the soup of the day when I was there but my cohorts heartily enjoyed the pizza.

Parking: Parking lot directly next to the restaurant accessible from both sides of the restaurant.

Stopped in after seeing Clue at the Empress. It's been awhile since I've been here. We just got an appetizer platter. Decent food, service was really good. Thanks for being open later so we didn't have to go to McDonald's!

I visited Sept 2024 around 7pm and took over 90 minutes for me to order, recieve food, eat and pay. The resturant side was dead except one couple from USA. I took this as a fluke that it took over 90 minutes for just 1 person.

Well fast forward to today and the same thing happened when I went 15 minutes after opening and I even had a kiddo with me. It took close to 40 minutes to receive a burger, clubhouse, one soup, and one fry. We were practically done eating when the waitress Rina came to check on how the food was and then ignored us for 15 minutes to gossip with the kitchen staff and other waitress. The kicker was when I had asked for soup options, and was told one, then the people that came in as we were finishing our food was told french onion as well as the chicken vegetable. The level of service is extremely poor and as someone who loved coming here, I will now be looking elsewhere.

We've always had amazing food/service and our last food delivery wasn't great (pizza was overcooked) but phoned the restaurant and the great staff got us a new order and it was better than ever!! So to us it's the best customer service experience! Sometimes rather then complaining online right away, try letting them know so they have an opportunity to fix it for u😁

Great comfort food. Old school club house, baked spaghetti, beef dip.

Well priced for what you get. A nice small town little dive.

If you are expecting a trendy atmosphere, you won’t find it here.

Lots of flies, server got my order wrong and charged me full price. Steak was way overcooked and definitely not a new York . Hope there's better food around

Food was okay but they screwed up my order to which the waitress replied, "3 days in a row...". Also the flies were insane to the point they were handing out fly swatters to all the tables ?
