The most incompetent McDonald's I have ever used. The management of this location is totally unable to run a fast food establishment and should be sent to any other location in Canada for training. Since this is the worst location ever, if they learned even a bit, it would be an improvement.

I've been loyal to this mcdonalds since they opened, and despite having a decent rapport with the staff, I still think it is NEVER appropriate to tell a customer you've spat in their food, especially as a manager and a "leader". Would sooner spend 2.50 for a coffee at timmies than continue to support this lack of basic respect.

Terrible McDonald’s, had to repeat my order 8 times, got to the drive through window and they passed me my drink which was spilled all over the outside of the cup. I asked for a second cup to not get my truck all sticky and she gave me a dirty look and passed me a napkin instead, I was the only one in line yet still had to wait 10 minutes in a reserved spot for my food
