I come here every second week out of the month at 4:30 And it never changes. They’re always slow end of waiting in 10 to 15 minutes despite being an empty restaurant no one in no one in the drive-through lane. Customer service is always rude. Just once I would like to be in and out like the McDonald’s in South Dakota. They are true professional professionals. Canada should strive to be like them.

The place is clean and looks nice, but the service was disappointing. The self-service payment terminals were not working, we waited a very long time for our order, the ice cream was already melted, and we were not given a tray, so we had to eat directly from the table. Overall, not the experience you would expect from McDonald’s.

We ordered and sat for 21 minutes waiting for our food. Then when it arrived it was cold. I asked for the manager to complain and her response was what you expect. We’re busy.

We went through the drive-thru a few minutes ago, and the staff member who assisted us was kinda rude and did not demonstrate good customer service. McDonald’s should ensure better screening and training to provide a more positive customer experience.

I've gotten a cold mcgriddle. A double double that tastes like one cream, and one sweetener. A double double that tastes like three cream and some water. I don't ever bring my kids here for a happy meal.
We stopped at McDonald’s late after a long drive, and Margie made our visit amazing! She’s a true multitasker — friendly, efficient, and provided excellent customer service. Margie greeted us with a big smile the whole time, which really brightened our night after hours on the road. The store was spotless and welcoming, and it’s clear Margie takes pride in her work. Thank you, Margie, for going above and beyond!

If you don't plan on eating your ice cream while waiting don't order it with a meal. They will give you an ice cream cone then tell you it's 5 minutes till your actual food shows up. So in the mean time you get to stand there with melting ice cream.

Ordered only 4 Mcdoubles, a happy meal and a medium fries, order took about 20min in drive through, and the burgers were inedible with the amount of salt put on. Each side of all 8 paddies between the 4 burgers were coated with so much salt it felt like biting into sand.
obviously not sure if a training issue, or malicious for any reason, but was a waste of money.
