I usually don't rate big chain places, however, this Subway was the best I've ever visited. Efficient and fast with order, taking care of lineup in matter of minutes. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

Changing my review as I do see improvements with the staff..
Just disappointed since I had a build your own footlong get one free for 15.99, worked on all sandwiches a different occasion but apparently that's changed, they failed to mention that build your own is no longer build your own and is limited to a few menu items, so then they charged me full price on the one sandwich and still charged me for the other, 30 for two sandwiches. Why not charge me for the higher priced sub with upgrades and honour the coupon? Poor people skills

I was just in here a few hours ago to get supper with my family. As we were done ordering we turned around to leave and heard some of the workers laughing, we got home and started eating our subs and my mother took a bite into a piece of jalapeno when she literally doesn’t like anything spicy and said so but they secretly put a jalapeno in the sub obviously on purpose. I wouldn’t recommend this subway because the workers have been rude quite a few times.

Ordered online, went to pick it up but didn’t have a chance to eat it that day due to being busy. (Do it all the time with my subs)Went to eat it the next day and noticed there was no cheese, as I paid for extra cheese. And it wasn’t toasted as requested.Called the shop and the man who was there THE DAY I ORDERED. I know, I order all the time from them! He tried tell me he was not there the day my sub was made. Then continued to say he was there and knew he put cheese and toasted my sub. *dumbfounded* anyways in my opinion they could’ve just said they were sorry and made it up with a replacement like they usually do, instead of calling me a liar. Don’t think I’ll be back to this location, and it’s sad cause I was a “regular”. And for the record, my sub I got that day costed me 18.76$ FOR ONE footlong not even made right.
