Friends introduced me to this hole in the wall shop. Had the jalapeno sausage roll fresh out of the oven.😋😋 was fantastic. I'm glad I live a couple of blocks away because I'll be here all the time.

Incredible pies, sausage rolls, and desserts! The owner was so kind, and made our stop at this cute little shop that much more special. We enjoyed our food out on the front patio with a wonderful view of the nearby grain elevator. Would definitely recommend!

I stumbled across this place randomly on google maps. I live in Brooks, a 2 hour drive away... as an Aussie living in Alberta, i am VERY glad i made the trip! (Yes i did a 4 hour round trip just for some pies) Proper, tasty, packed full, great size! I will be returning!

Whether it's on the way or a bit out of the way, it's 100% worth the trip! Skip that gas station beef jerky or hotdog and head over to get yourself a hot, fresh sausage roll wrapped and ready for the road. It's the same price as that stale bag of jerky 😉. With huge portions and fresh ingredients, it leaves you satisfied and full—but disappointed you didn't buy one of her frozen creations to make for yourself when you arrived wherever you're headed!
If by chance she's sold out or has limited items left, give her a big high five (because selling out is the goal in the small bakery) then grab something frozen. Trust me, it's worth the wait!

WOW !!! If you're in the mood for the perfect comfort food, Yummy Sausage Rolls and Soup is a must-visit! The sausage rolls are absolutely mouthwatering — golden, flaky pastry filled with perfectly seasoned sausage, and every bite is bursting with flavor. The soups are just as impressive; they’re hearty, rich, and packed with fresh ingredients. I tried the coconut vegetable soup, and it was the perfect balance of flavors — warm, filling, and so satisfying... I have yet to heat up my pies !!! The service is friendly and welcoming, definitely coming back for more soon! Highly recommend!

The food is everything here. Homemade, tasty, and real. I can't think of a better meat pie that I've had in my entire life! That's saying something considering the one I picked didn't match what I wanted that day, but that was the flavor I picked and not a slight on the taste or quality. I just wanted the pies my family were having.
The service by the owner was friendly and engaging. Can't recommend enough!

Let me just say, I’m not completely biased as I’ve known the owner for the majority of my life, but never before the Baked Aussie have I eaten such delicious, filling homemade pies. The sausage rolls are to die for and I can’t ever get enough of my chicken pot pie addiction that the baked Aussie has curated for me. The service is amazing, and the atmosphere makes me smile with pride for the family and community it serves. Watching this business grow from the ground up, has been a blessing to observe. More variety has become a norm over time and sometimes it’s hard for them to keep up with the demand I hear at the wooden shoe in Lethbridge. (Thanks to my parents I’m sure) I do say I am completely smitten with the transparency and family first narrative this business possesses. At the baked Aussie, they value your business and purchases. As they are reliant on them for their families livelihood. I am so grateful to have watched this business strive and be built on values that I too believe in. I will drive to fort Macleod from Taber for these pies and rolls. I seriously don’t think the world is ready for such foods that make your mouth water just whilst thinking about them! Just saying- I am not completely biased at all 😅
