I have been at this location a handful of times when passing through but never again. Now I just want to warn others. Their pastry shelves are ALWAYS nearly empty, and other than a couple of bagels I’ve never seen a single savory pastry here. The second last time I was here I asked for a tea with honey and a cheese tea biscuit. No biscuits of course so I settled for just the tea. Well it wasn’t so much a tea with honey as it was a honey with a splash of tea (I’m assuming as I could taste no tea, only honey). I ended up throwing the whole thing out. Stopped in again today just to see if they actually had anything savory and nothing but bagels. Ugh. I’m just done with this place.

Let me tell you. I was standing in line for 30 mins straight before even getting the chance to move up the line. The whole time they were prioritizing the drive-thru instead of us inside. I get my food after waiting a few minutes (as it should be) and to my surprise I bite into a Tim bit and I taste straight up poisonous chemicals infecting every taste bud on my tongue, I instantly had to spit it out because of how shocked and disappointed I was. I usually like Tim Hortons but this store has me changing my view on the entire food chain. fix these issues, please and thank-you!

Went into the Cafe to order, one lady behind the counter, working super hard, all alone 😔 a line up to the door, while the drive through had 5 ppl with headsets just kind of standing around... what the heck. It took half hr to order and leave....and the egg bites were overcooked... If you read this before you stop, go somewhere else....

My drive thru experience,I did not have problem. It was smooth. Fast service, accurate order and pleasant smiling staff. We enjoyed our food and drinks, taste very good. Very satisfied. Drinks still hot. All happy here. Tim Hortons coffee is always my favorite. When I do dine in, always a pleasurable experience.

Wanted a club sandwich. Since when does a club sandwich not come with real bacon? Turkey bacon is not real bacon. Makes me wonder if the BLT is made with that crap
