For the owner of this location: specifically your issue is inconsistency. No matter what I order it is never the same. In saying this, I was there today November 3rd @10:45. I received a PERFECT double double coffee, which is in stark contrast to what I usually get. I had another one of these perfectly branded coffees last week. This tells me that whomever is making coffee for the Takeout window today is an excellent and well trained employee who is representing the Tims brand in the way it should be. I understand the issues high turnover rates of employees can present, but your management team must rise to meet these difficulties. There are faces I recognize behind the window, and their service and demeanor are consistently stellar, so kudos to them. Whoever made my coffee today needs a promotion or be a part of over seeing consistency and quality control. Also in most cases, issues with customer dissatisfaction are met quite poorly. There should never be a reason to challenge a customer not being happy with their product, because your product is extremely inconsistent. I hope this review is taken how I intended. Not to offend or bash. Just one professionals opinion to another. Thank you kindly for your consideration.

Takes forever to get anything here half the time they use one drive trhough thing at a time what happen to orders being done in minute and a half to 3 minures like buck up guys ur service is slow as hell thses days use both damn drivethrough peakers insread on one at a time like, i aint waitin a hour or 25 mins to get a sinfal coffw
For the second time in a week, I ordered coffee with expresso. Both times it has tasted burnt. I phoned today to let them know. The lady told me they clean the machine daily. Anyone that knows expresso knows that is not necessarily the cause. Please train the staff to know there product and how it is made. I didn’t phone to get my coffee replaced (would have been a nice offer though but didn’t happen), I phoned so they could look into it but apparently because they clean the machine daily there is no problem.

I am a regular Tim Horton’s goer, but today I went and experienced workers with manners that are below my standards. This evening, I decided to go, and ordered a beverage I usually order in Lethbridge, Calgary, etc. I asked for that drink in Fort McLeod and they messed up my order and the worker was so impatient with me, and even told me that I can’t order the special Nutella donut that’s only selling for limited time? Y’all’s workers need to listen to the CUSTOMERS ORDERS and not ASSUME that there is no such thing you can do for the customer to fulfill their order and give them good service. Other than that experience, I understand they may not know and need more training somewhat, but their customer service of being impatient and assuming what’s in the order themselves even though I’VE been ORDERING the same drink for years is just so unprofessional and absurd. Their cleanliness of their restaurant is up to my standards though. Good work.

Wanted to check out a Tim Hortons, and while visiting my daughter in Missoula MT, I decided to make a little trip up to Ft McCloud AB and try a Tim Hortons and get a pizza while here.
First time at TH, and it was OK, nothing special, I tried the Boston creme donut and some bits (donut holes). 5 hr drive, but I am happy to say I've been here and done that.

Came inside at 9am on a Sunday, cashier was in training with no one shadowing at all. The line was out the door and the rest of the staff were only focused on the 3 cars in drive through. They had 5 staff members working on drive through and left this 1 staff member, in training, alone at the till with a line out the door! When I mentioned to another staff that maybe she could use some help, they disregarded me and said it wasn’t their problem. We waited 15 mins for 2 coffees.
