Nothing like watching your food being prepared by people with no gloves on. I could understand if the food was going into an oven right after, but when they are preparing burgers, and touching who knows what else in the back, kinda throws off the appetite.

They take your order really fast and then ask you to park in the parking lot, then they bring out 5 to 6 orders at a time but forget where each order goes. So that means that if you were first to order your food comes out at the exact same time as the fifth person who ordered and yours has been sitting in the warming rack for at least 5 minutes already.
This is nonsense a 10-minute wait (beef burger) when there were only three vehicles in front of me.
Four stars for the food only because it came out warm instead of hot and fresh.
I realize this is done so that you guys can have super fast ticket times but it doesn't actually reflect your service speed,

1st time visited the A&W at Fort Saskatchewan. Craving for fries and burger. Ordered some smoothie and frozen root beer. Service is good and food was delicious. Totally forgot to take photos Oh my!

Used to be a great location. Has gone to total trash as of recently. Can't even manage to give you your drink or get ketchup in the bag as requested. Typical pathetic half brained fast food workers that shouldn't have a job. If you can't do your job right, you shouldn't have a job. Period end of story.
