WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES WHATSOEVER AT ALL!!! Heres the story. Went through the drive through and ordered a spicy habanero chicken burger and a whistle dog with NO RELISH. Get home, eat the chicken burger, open up the whistle dog and it has relish on it. No big deal, mess up's happen so i go back to the drive through and told them “i was here 15 minutes ago and asked for a whistle dog with no relish and theres relish on it. Go up to the first window and almost immediately, the guy started giving me attitude and got super defensive saying that I never asked for no relish when i know i 100% FOR SURE did. i always do because i don’t like relish. I can almost 100% guarantee that i saw no relish on the screen when they took my order too. He keeps arguing with me. I say I'm not arguing with you, just get me a replacement. then after, we went back and forth about me asking for no relish a few more times then he threatened to call the cops on me?!?!?! I wasn't swearing at him, being rude or anything like that at all (until he said he was going to call the cops for no reason, THEN a few very WELL DESERVED words were exchanged) ALL I DID WAS ASK TO HAVE MY MESSED UP ORDER FIXED!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was obvious they just don’t want to take responsibility for THEIR mess up so they lied and said i didn't ask for no relish. My friend ordered an iced vanilla latte, received a piping hot watered down vanilla latte. I ordered the chicken blt with a lettuce wrap as i am allergic to yeast. Received one slice of lettuce for the entire burger, and it was covered in mayo from the outside. Absolutely disappointing, after a long day of travelling and you haven’t eaten, it’s hurtful. I’m sure you know the feeling. Never going back, i would NOT recommend going here !!

Love this place I’ve been here over 50 times by now it’s amazing. Love the staff especially Hitesh and Tavien both are very friendly and kind whenever I come in. I’ve only had 1 bad experience and it was with a staff member called kemper he gave me stale coffee and the fries he gave me were basically frozen I asked him for some new ones and he told me I’d have to pay for it which was weird. Mandeep is also an amazing cook I’ve met him in person he makes my food with care and deserves a raise. 10/10 place would recommend for family dining and to grab a quick bite to eat just wish the staff member kemper was more considerate. ?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Last 4 orders i have made here have had the following consistent issues. Not filling up the drink all the way and shorting me. I paid for a full drink not one 3/4 full. 1 thin qpiece of bacon on my teen burger. Only 1 sweet and sour sauce given for 5 strips when i requested 2. Excessive amounts of mayo on the teen burgers, to the point where the burger drips all over on the 1st bite and all you taste is mayo. Little to no kethcup and mustard on the teen burgers for some reason. Very little onion on the teen burgers.
This location was great when it first opened and now i will be picking up my a and w from sherwood park since fort sask a and w's are consistent with the issues mentioned. Otherwise just make a burger at home you will be way more satisfied and happier you didnt waste your money and time.
