The guy who works here is like the soup nazi from Seinfeld. Unfriendly and uninterested in anything other than getting you out as fast as possible. I’m scared to ask him to scan my booster juice app in case it results in no soup for me.

Went to the Dow to play some basketball, decide a booster juice was wanted. Till staff are extremely unprofessional, poor greeting, no eye contact with customer. Mid order walks away and starts doing other things. Comes back puts wrong order in so I have to make sure it’s right.
Some more possibly training is needed, or maybe higher people who want to be here and actually work I get it but come on ain’t hard to just put a smile on and enjoy the day.

I'm giving this 3 stars because honestly I love there drinks, but the food? I've ordered 2 wraps from here and both have been bad.Most recently My buddy ordered the chicken quesadilla for me and specifically said no peppers and no onions. And guess what? You put peppers and onions on it! ?♂️?♂️?♂️Come on, man, when someone says to remove something from their order, it's not a suggestion—it's a request. And I couldn't eat it because I'm allergic to onions, so I had to throw it away.So yeah I'm not ordering food from you guys anymore, but your drinks are great at least.

Drinks and food are good. The only issue I have with this location is that they don’t open at 9am, they show upfor work at 9am and typically open between 9:05-9:10.

the staff are great, especially the girls, I asked for a suggestion on what to get and the girls gave me this delightful smoothie that I really enjoyed. I often go to this location for therapy and what I noticed is the manager is a slacker always sitting at the back with his cellphone. Also, most of the time I see only 1 girl receiving your delivery. And whoa! their big deliveries for one person doing the crew job in front and lifting the heavy boxes. That is just bad management!

Ordered a grilled cheese and got a hockey puck instead. Bread was not edible as it's harder then a brick wall, how do you mess up a grilled cheese? It's bread and cheese on medium heat and 5 bucks for garbage that I could of made by setting Nan bread and cheese out in the sun. Not impressed. Smoothie is alright tho, DEFINITELY will not be trying any other food from here tho. If you can't handle a grilled cheese then I guarantee you can't handle a chicken wrap and I'm not game for food poisoning or ebola. This was gonna be a 3 star review but upon thinking more it'll stay at 1. Handle your food properly and maybe people would spend more money here. For those who want a snack you'd be better off going onto the corner of downtown fort piling up the rubble beside the curb and chewing on that over eating here.
Almost $10 for a "smoothie".. had the same viscosity as a glass of tap water.. place has definitely gone downhill.

my experience here surprised me today, as I come regularly and never have a problem but today the employee working was very slow and she seemed confused. Which didn't help that she had no one with her to help her. But I received the wrong wrap, as well as the wrong smoothie. Both of which were only 3/4 filled. Disappointed as its usually really good and a nice little treat.
