My family and I have been going to Boston Pizza for many years—ever since my kids were little. We’ve always loved the food, the service, and the people. Bugs & cheese was always our go-to, and we’ve had nothing but great experiences in the past.

This time, though, our experience was awful.Our server never wrote down our order. when our meals arrived, our appetizer was completely forgotten. Another staff member brought our food, so we didn’t even get a chance to ask about the missing appetizer until our server finally came back. When we asked, she pulled out a coaster pretended to read it and told us she would “put it in now because it goes really quick,” but by then it was far too late to enjoy it with our meal as it had come when we where done eating our meal.

She also never refilled my drink—not once—even though I was eating hot wings. Overall, we felt like we were an inconvenience just for being there. To top it off, we were charged full price for the appetizer we never got on time.

After so many years of choosing Boston Pizza as a family favourite, this visit left us feeling completely unsatisfied and honestly ripped off. I’m very disappointed, and it really makes me reconsider going back.

I hate writing bad review, but I want to bring attention to this. Me and my wife have food allergies and have found bp’s to be accommodating, which is why we choose to dine there. Unfortunately, while dining in the lounge today, we asked our server if she would be willing to jot down our orders on a pad because we have allergies and aren’t comfortable with servers trying to memorize our orders, as this has made us sick many times.
The server responded “no, I’m good”

Very very disappointing service. It was a request to make us comfortable with our food as allergies are stressful, and to have the server tell us no, seems rude and unprofessional. I would like to continue eating at Boston pizza, but this situation has left a bad taste in our mouth.

Lowering my rating from 4 stars to 2 stars.
The food and service are still great, but Boston Pizza’s pricing has become unreasonable.
I ordered two Boston Brute meals and one order of wings for pickup (not through Uber Eats), and the total was $89. Boston Pizza is not a fine dining establishment, and these prices are excessive.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning due to the ridiculous pricing.

Wing Wednesday is always a hit. I think best wings in town. Joelle is awesome. Keeps our drinks full and ensures our order is right and comes out all at the same time.

Edit: This WAS the best BP I've been to. Great food. I would say great service but that is no longer the case. I placed an order through Skip the Dishes and an item I ordered was missing. When I called Boston Pizza to tell them of their error, they told me I had to go pick the item up, they would not deliver it to me because I used Skip the Dishes instead of their own courier. So, an item I paid for and didn't receive due to their error is now my responsibility to retrieve. BAD business acumen. Other than having to go get the product I paid for and that they failed to include, I will no longer set foot in nor be a patron of this business. NOTE: YOU WILL BE PENALIZED FOR USING A COURIER OTHER THAN THEIR OWN IF THERE HAPPENS TO BE AN ERROR/MISSINGI ITEMS FROM YOUR ORDER.

Best Boston Pizza experience ever. Food, fantastic. Service, prompt. Maybe I'm biased cuz I'm a bit drunk, but isn't that the point of a great time. 1 tv was out on the main block is the only bad thing. The Best BPs I've been to, and I've been around.

Had the shrimp carbonara pasta. Way too large a serving. I believe the shrimp was not fresh but frozen. Wasted most of it. Had no idea you could order half portions. Must have been in fine print. Server was good.

I would like to acknowledge Patricia W at the Fort Sask location. She was so welcoming, kind, and attentive. From the moment she welcomed us until we left, her energy had us all with smiles. My son was turning 5 and her attention along with the BP team making his day actually put me to tears. Thank you Patricia!! I Hope you get the recognition you deserve!
