Place was too smoky, exhaust fan probably not on. Staff needs to be attentive and energetic welcoming customers, a smile goes a long way. Tried to order on phone but goes straight to voicemail. Place was not busy upon arrival. There where 2 customers in the store, had to wait 2 minutes before someone noticed me. Burger 🍔 is good, soda is fresh, fries 🍟 is soggy.

I came to Burger Time for the first time and the place has such a nice, clean vibe and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. The service was great and the burgers were honestly amazing. The lettuce and tomatoes were really fresh, adding great flavor and crunch to the burger. The service was excellent, and everyone served with a big smile. The place is clean, cozy, and has a great ambience. You can tell they really care about quality. Definitely a must-visit spot in Fort Saskatchewan for anyone who loves delicious food and friendly vibes! 🍔🔥
Well, I had the buffalo chicken burger minus the buffalo sauce, which I was supposed to get the lettuce was soggy. The bun was soggy. There is no flavour on the breast at all. i’m not the type to complain about anything, but I’ve definitely couldn’t let this pass. It was absolutely horrendous.

Great food! Price was fair. Took a bit to get our order, but it was busy, there was only 2 workers so it's understandable. Could tell they didn't rush the order despite being busy, orders still came out great.
