I order from these guys all the time, always found them excellent but tonight the young gentleman was rude...you just lost my business

We ordered 3 large pizzas at 5:07pm. The delivery was expected at 5:52. At 6:22 we called 8 times in a row before anyone picked up. They told us it would be 10 minutes. We called again at 6:39, just to find out the pizza hadn't even left the store. We then waited until 7pm to finally get our pizza. They gave us a 2L of Mountain Dew for free. The pizza itself was okay, and it was still somewhat warm.

The quality of food here has been going down hill for years but now it's inedible. Time to find a new pizza place.

We are frequent pizza buyers at this location. 😂 So much so I’ve asked for a point system to be put in place. 😳 The team is great. The pizza is off the charts and the delivery guy always talks about how nice our grass is!!!

Beef donair is the best in town I try to so many places when I am going to work like Edmonton and other places but Fort buster pizza 🍕 is the best one like it keep it up guys

Need a bigger customer area

Gotta say pretty impressed, the guy said food will be out in 12 minutes and he came out with the food after 11 minutes and 50 seconds😂

Second time buying Donairs. Got a regular one and the meat is cut to thick, too much sauce the onions are sliced too thick, it basically falls apart as you eat it, sauce dripping everywhere, so you feel rushed because the pita bread is soaked and cannot be held properly. You are a small market business in Fort Saskatchewan. Do the work and make a good donair. Less is more! Will not be returning…

Just gross food. Too much sauce, barely any toppings on it and the meat was soggy too. New owners and they just go cheap and give you bad food. Skyway is better.

I ordered the busters bites waited 10 minutes, went to pick up my food took it back to work found out I was given just raw cream cheese instead of frosting so I went back got the right frosting then took a bite and everything is completely raw 😭 the pastries weren't cooked at all and I hope I now don't get sick.... Yikes btw it wasn't busy at all no customers no skip drivers so I don't know how both the icing was screwed up AND the pastry
UPDATE went back and forth a total of 4 times and the last time it was yet again uncooked.... Really disappointed busters used to be the go to pizza place back in the day. Not anymore

Ok good, place needs a good cleaning.
