The Chopped Leaf

Went to chopped leaf today for lunch and ordered my meal. The entire time there the workers all spoke in their language which was very uncomfortable for me and quite rude. Regardless I ignored it. Got my food and left to work. The avocado was only a few scraps that somehow was managed to be cut from a NOT ripe avocado which tasted awful and was thrown out. Then I continue eating to find a fly dead in my lettuce. It’s not a small fruit fly either, which would lead me to believe the lettuce does not get washed here at all. Immediately ruined my appetite so threw out my $17 lunch. Will never dine here again.

Any one else remember when this place served *the best* salads and wraps?I used to enjoy getting food from The Chopped Leaf and used to take my little cousins out for lunch, because the fun food names made them happy. I will not be any more, I probably wont even get my own meals from this location any more, even with the food names being the best part of the menu.I ordered the Bangkok Bowl with chicken & avocado and I must say the quality is so diminished, I will likely never give them my business or money again. For $18 and change (+tip), I got a bowl that was approx. 2/3 full of dry, hard cooked rice. There were 3 thin slices of avocado and about 2 ounces of cooked chicken. Both are addons, that add up to about $5.40. Unfortunately, I also tipped 15%, not expecting the quality to be so low. I regret my purchase and ended up throwing most of the bowl away which was only rice left any way.

This location leaves a lot to be desired , staff are not the friendliest, prices are high for the sad amount of toppings you get on whatever it is you order , always ridiculous waits for food and skip the dishes drivers are often prioritized , ordered a sandwhich today and it was so crispy and burnt it was almost inedible. Paid for extra ranch and when we asked for it in store we were told it was already in our order , it was not. Save your money and eat somewhere else

I went in this evening to grab a wrap. It was a little past 5pm. The employee was washing the floor. He moved the mop bucket out of the way and I walked past. He went behind the counter and grabbed his gloves to put on to make my wrap, I couldn’t believe he had not washed his hands. He moved the filthy mop bucket with his hands a moment before then grabbed the gloves with his dirty hands. I said are you not going to was your hands? He said oh just wait a minute. I left, I couldn’t bring myself to order anything knowing he wasn’t going to wash. He probably doesn’t wash after using the toilet either. Never again will I go into chopped leaf Fort Saskatchewan

I ordered a Santa fe and I am left dissatisfied…. They mostly just gave me lettuce in a bowl with rarely any other ingredients…

I'm not sure why this place has good reviews. I got the salad with green goddess dressing. Some of the lettuce pieces were rotting. The last bite I had tasted like it had mold on it. I threw the rest out. The staff working there was friendly though.

Guy making the salads totally ignored me and talked on the phone the whole time. He also did not switch gloves between taking my money and making my salad.Placed a second order which a Kid from the back came out and took my order. The kid was very polite and friendly.

You guys are cheap for the price you pay. You are more expensive then all the other places. Bowls are small portioned. They like to trick you in thinking there’s a lot but really the salad takes up most of the bowl . Little amount of rice with little amount of chicken. I think I counted 3 croutons. Rice is a cheap commodity yet you guys skimp out on it. First time and last time. It was good but I wasn’t full after eating.

I have to eat a specialized diet for the foreseeable future. I usually cook my own but I thought I'd see if I could find healthy delivery. I found Chopped Leaf! This is not fast food! This is Healthy fast food and I was very impressed. Some reviews complain about prices, so go eat at McDonald's. The Chopped Leaf was amazing and the only place I could find that could sell me very healthy, very good tasting food! Highly recommend!

Dietary restrictions: The only place that let me order good food that stayed with my renal diet and provided excellent flavor

Clean and calm. Great place to feel good about your food! They were kind servers and the food was ready in a reasonable about of time. Definitely will be returning to try more of their flavourful
