I ordered the Santa Fe salad add grilled chicken breast and it was exceedingly meh. Everything is pre-prepped and tossed together. The grilled chicken was not made for my order, and really rather bland. The avocado was obviously cut earlier in the day, as it was pretty brown when it got to me.

I feel bad giving it such a low rating, but there is no reason why someone couldn't just make this at home for a fraction of the cost and have it taste so much better. It's a TWENTY dollar salad!!!! I mean. Come on. That's a premium price. My food better look like the photo.

One star.

Called ahead for pickup and clearly stated a gluten free order due to celiac disease. Staff confirmed and quoted five minutes. Arrival about twenty five minutes later. Payment processed, then preparation began. Calling ahead offered no benefit.

More serious issue. Meal was not prepared gluten free. SEVERE celiac symptoms began last night and continued this morning. Trust and safety failed.

Zero stars preferred. NEVER trust this location with dietary restrictions. Warning to others.

Wow……beyond disappointing! My husband picked up 2 Goddess salads for dinner and it was a giant bowl of just lettuce, not more than a few pieces of chicken, a couple pieces of cucumber, and avocado. But ALL the avocado was BLACK and totally rotten. Disgusting in every way and the salad dressing was gross. He added hard boiled egg and for 2 salads it was OVER $40!!!!! It used to be one of our favorite places to go and now we will never go there again.

I ordered a Signature Salad to go. I left and was highly disappointed when I opened up my salad and there wasn’t any dressing and half the lettuce was brown. Chopped Leaf specializes in salad, why is half the lettuce brown? Ugh, I wish I would have gone elsewhere.

So I went in there and there were two people seated (and they looked annoyed) the guy behind the counter was talking in a different language with ear buds in to someone the whole time as I waited about 10 min to make my order. I didn’t know if he was trying to talk to me but nope he was on his ear buds talking away to someone in a completely different language.
Which was very uncomfortable and incredibly rude.

Then I continued to wait about 30min for a soup and sandwich and I added a tip! Never again will I add a tip before I get proper customer service! How ridiculous!
The sandwich melt was so overcooked it was rock hard when I got home to eat it. There were literally 3 people in there I waited around 40min all said and done before I got my food.
What a disaster! Need some very fine tuning of staff at this location!

This location has changed. The last two times I've gone in I feel like I'm bothering the staff by ordering. One time the man at the counter had ear pods in and could barely understand what I was saying until he took them out. Today my order was wrong and when I pointed out I ordered a bowl and not a salad there was no apology for the mix up. (I just wanted the rice to go in the bowl). The lady behind the counter was on her cell phone multiple times. The seating area was not clean. Napkin holder looks like it hasn't been wiped down in months. The order numbers for the table are sticky... how these are handed to customers without it being noticed is wild to me. There's no pride in this location anymore. Sadly I'll have to find other places to dine in Fort Sask.
