COBS Bread Bakery Fort SK

This has been my third time in the last month and half and have to say I’m very disappointed. The first time I went in around lunch time and grabbed a package of cinnamon buns and once home grabbed a coffee the began to eat one once I had I bite I questioned was this made this morning or two days ago the package stated it was packed that morning but no way could it have been as it was dry and stale the second time once again same thing. Then this afternoon grabbed a package of Danishes very dry and stale like what’s going on . I think I’ll pass on Cobs bread in the future and go with Safeway I prefer to support local but when local sells sub standard I’ll go elsewhere.

I was stupid enough to walk in at 710pm as staff had closed at 7pm. I walked right in as they were closing up. Oblivious to their scheduled hours. They were very gracious and kind despite my entrance. They shared a complimentary cinnamon roll with me.

I'll be sure to return at a more convenient time for their product.

I’ve been here 3 different time picked up 6 pack scones and my last experience was not up to standard. When I got home I opened up the box and found it looking very odd, small and slimy looking. when I went to break it in half it was very doughy, not cooked at all.

The food products were delicious, the service was friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting!

This always have yummy breads and pastry. And little surprise always ended with a super happy customer.

We are so lucky to have a Cobs in the Fort. The staff are all so knowledgeable, friendly and offer great advice. Such a great range of baked goods as well as on the go snacks that are always delicious!! So great they now have bagels. The bagels rival the best bagels you can find in Canmore (noted for their bagel)
