Friendly service, food was okay, but not memorable, although the sundaes were excellent. Somewhat dated decore, parking lot is good but can be challenging to exit if you need to turn left at dinner time.

Got a 6 piece chicken strip meal. I received what looked to be a cold soggy kids meal. The strips are about the size of a chicken fry. About 6 fries. Went in and asked if they accidentally gave a kids meal which she replied with no. They wouldnt do anything about it.This was 16$ smh absolutely unacceptable. That'll be it for me with dairy queen.

I came in yesterday at around 7:15 PM and it was so busy I was worried that they won't get my order right. But kudos to the woman at the back for cooking such a beautiful and delicious burger, and I didn't have to wait too long for my order.

This place has gone downhill - big time. Way over priced. Recently shrunk the sizes down. Ice cream in a PB Parfait and a HF Sundae was very runny and slopped down the sides. Very little Hot Fudge. The staff seem uncaring. We will not return near as often anymore not just for the high prices for down sized portions, but the whole experience has gone bad. DQ corporate needs to inspect and audit these places for product and staff performance, on site, routinely. So sad. Used to be a real treat.

I’ve waited a long time to make this review cause I was debating on if it was something that should’ve been spoken out about but I have been disappointed there time and time again with the service, the management and just the atmosphere of the place. I overheard how the management talked to their staff and it was insane, they would scream at eachother and call their employees IT. The belittlement is crazy. I will never be coming here again and I hope these employees are able to find somewhere better.

Went there for a drive thru today and customer service is awful! Rude order taking and gave us our order like they dont wanna work there.

Good food usually if they even get it right. Service shoud be better. Horrible service more than ever. Need to hire people like you had years agi that cared about their job. Ones now dont give a crap if its good or even if its what you ordered. We wont be back to waste our money there and will drive all the way to Sherwood Park where we havent been dissapointed even once. Service in Sherwood Park is how its supposed to be.

The speaker was making static noise and not working so I pulled up to the window and the ladies were very rude at me for doing such a thing.
