Awesome staff good icecream but they could definitely work on their sizes if im paying for a large id like a large sundae not a meduim lol

Just had a 20 minute drive thru wait for 2 small blizzards, only to get home and realize the one that was meant to be "royal" had no fudge. A literal hollow centre. Probably had enough for mini regular for the price of a royal small. Hard to stomach the prices and the wait when you don't even get what you ordered.

The fries were barely cooked, food took quite awhile to come out through the driver thru. Forgot sauces that were supposed to be in bag. Not fit. Drive to sherwood park if you want

Best Dairy Queen in Alberta. The workers are absolutely amazing. It's like my second home. Food is so good and I never have to go back because they forgot to give me something i order.
I Also don't get babysized Chicken Strips always full size♡♡♡♡

Amazing staff and amazing service never been treated like this ever in any food service joint in last ten years. Given complete DQ tour to our kids. I am unable to find words how nice these people are. Thank you, thank you, thank you

Got burned 2 times in a row, worst blizzards out of any DQ. Sad as it’s the only one in Fort Sask called and just said quality control is zero they offered a free one but honestly not worth my time. Foreign worker swearing in the back etc but I was nice on the phone but the product is bad 2 times in a row I’m out.

This review is of the last 2 visits there.
1. Went to get a gift card and a Misty. Waited 25 mins, to be told they couldn't give me a gift card due to no one there knowing how to issue one. By this time, the Misty had melted, which was already overfull for the container and leaked out all over my cupholder. I would have taken a sip to avoid this, but it wasn't mine. Either way, shouldn't have taken 25 mins for this.
2. Drive thru today. Ordered a meal deal. Fries were realllly old. Like they had sat there throughout lunch hour and were left over. When I unwrapped this burger, it was smothered in ketchup and there was no place to hang on to it. So glad I brought it home to eat instead of in my vehicle which sometimes happens. Dilly bars are unapetizing to see, let alone to eat the bland, grainy texture of the ice cream.
Have ordered blizzards from there occasionally as well and they are either not even mixed, not full or the order was wrong.
Yuck. This place has been consistently not good. Gross even. For what food costs these days, do better. Will not return.

Slow service and they ask for a tip in the drive thru. They dont even mix blizzards fully because they realize they are taking forver. Tipping culture is insane, if i pay before my food gets there, and if im going through the drive through. What gives you the right to ask for a tip? Gouging everything now arent you.

They ask for a tip, and have the worst service of any DQ ive ever been to. You must invest an hr of your own time in the drive through line if its full, when everyone ordered small orders, and they STILL ask for a tip??? The entitlement level is insanely high.

Good service, and waiters get tips. Not someone who cant even mix a blizzard all the way through, and makes me wait 30minutes for two items.

In response to what they have replied. You NEVER have good service and are apparently NEVER at your best. Pay your workers, dont make us pick up the bill.
