If there was an option for zero star, I would have given that …. The lady (around 40+, wearing a mask) who took my order kept talking through her headphones the entire time. She continued her conversation while taking my order and even while placing the food on my table. At one point I felt like she was speaking to me…but I realized she was actually talking through her airpods, which was confusing. It felt UNPROFESSIONAL and inattentive. I wanted to ask for a few more items, but she ignored me and kept talking. The service was disappointing. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN ,WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION .

I was one of those jerks that comes in less than 20 minutes to close, I asked if it was okay for me to order as I didn't want to inconvenience them it they were doing closing tasks. The staff member was incredibly kind and said it was not a bother at all! Food was also delicious and I really appreciated their willingness and kindness with me.

beef is superior to the chicken bowls imo. the yakisoba noodles are good too and you can mix them with rice if you cant decide. free refills of fountain pop as well

First time in about 20 years since we have had edo very disappointed.. very lack on flavor and we even add on extra sauce.. what happened to the veggies that used to be on it .. the bowl was only 1/2 full.. tasted very watery.. and the sushi roll was so small so disappointed.. very disappointed.. it was very fast service that about all

Didn’t even get what I ordered and then didn’t get a number for my order so I had to replace it. The new girl didn’t have any help whatsoever the people “training her” were just goofing off

Very mediocre for Asian cuisine. Not as good as anything in this genre in the states. Wouldn’t recommend. Boston Pizza (BP) in this area, was quite good however

I ordered here for pick up but when I got to my hotel, my bubble tea didnt come with the straw. Am I supposed to ask for this? Why? Some people dont use straw? Or at least tell me it doesnt come with the straw and I have to ask for it.

If you’re feeling to grab Japanese, this one is a highly recommended spot! Amazing menu with decent pricing and generous portions too. Even the staff were very friendly and attentive, nothing was too much for them. Thank you for looking after us.
