I just stopped by tonight after working 12 hours and I ordered a Big Crunch box meal and asked for a popcorn chicken, fries, and mac salad. I noticed they forgot my popcorn chicken so I went back to get it (cause that was the only thing I was craving) and they said I never paid for it. And if I wanted it, I would have to pay for it. I already spent almost $17 on this. And they also forgot my fork.

Front store service was great, the people in the back suck. The chicken was even greasier than I remembered, I wanted one side and got a different one, I paid for sauces I didn’t get and made the whole thing super disappointing for a $30 order. I seldom eat out and decided to come here and I am definitely not going to spend my hard saved dollars here again.😔😠

Not sure why the town folk give this restaurant so much flak. I come from Edmonton and this KFC blows every other KFC restaurant in the city clear out the water. Amazing food, amazing service, and very nice small town atmosphere.

The portion sizes for the prices are absolutely criminal. We paid 19$ for a tiny sandwich, a tiny little bag of popcorn chicken and a pepsi. Was absolutely blown away by how small the portions are for the prices. Such an insane rip off.

Second time coming here and will never be back. First time they couldn’t understand the order and way overcharged me. This time I ordered the pickle box meal, which according to the menu included a pickle sandwich, pickle friend, pickle chips. We ordered the sandwich spicy. They said they made it regular and asked if that was okay. I said no, I want what I asked for. Ended up with a pickle sandwich, coleslaw, and popcorn chicken. Joke of a place
I want a 16-piece they only had 14 pieces available which is okay I didn't want to wait the extra 20 minutes. It was actually very good everybody in my family loved everything the fries are a little soggy when I got home but I had an hour drive. Threw them in the air fryer and they were good. My still complaining about the onion rings they could do a lot better. They should use the same seasoning to use on the chicken on the onion rings or something really close and they're a lot of people would go there. I don't know why they don't make them taste better.

Got the 8 pc bucket special with fries and a lge side. The chicken has been progressively getting poor quality, greasy. The 8 pc had no variety of pieces 4 drumsticks and 4 thighs , obviously leftovers. KF C you sure have gone down hill in quality, customers deserve better.

Drive thru guy was awesome. Told me he hoped I like white meat cause it’s what the had ready lol. For sure, I’ll always take the white meat over the dark. But the food…..chicken skin was good on some pieces and mushy on others. Lots of fat in the chicken, but the biggest disappointment is the gravy. Can’t even tell it’s KFC gravy anymore. Sadly I think I’m gonna try out Mary Brown’s. Bright spot of my visit was the employee.
