Always disappointing. Newest renovated, but same junk and bad service. Value is not there at all, Mary browns is sooo much better nearby. Don’t with KFC in Fort.

Ordered family feast meal fries were half filled, not enough for the family. Chicken was saugy. No chicken breast In the meal. Disappointed. Went in and ordered more fries and some chicken beasts. Explained what happened. But was still charged full price for my new order of what I was missing SAD and disappointed poor customer service!

It's seems likes impossible for them them to get an order right. It's best to order In store and watch them to ensure it fresh'ish. Check your child's order!!! Check your entire order before leaving. Do not order online, they will not help if your kids order doesn't have strips or sauce. Needed to quickly make some box store nuggets at home!! They missed the strips and the sauce!! DO NOT ORDER ONLINE OR DRIVE THROUGH AND CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!!!!

Harts Saints

My experience this evening was awful. Stood at the order counter for 5 mins before being approached by a staff member to take our order. She then says "Will this be KFC or Taco Bell" I didn't even have the chance to answer before the employee then said, oh please wait. She proceeded to pick up a skip the dishes tablet and proceeds to plug that order in ahead of us. (Not to mention the who knows how many others that were plugged in while we were waiting). We did not order, rather left with my opinion known on their atrocious service.
With many staff running around fulfilling drive thu and skip orders, it's clear the dine in guests are not of priority. I guess it's all about keeping the fulfillment times strong on the drive thru and skip orders. So, if you want to go somewhere and wait for sub par, overpriced food...all while being pushed aside for higher priority customers....let me tell you....this establishment is for you!

Ordered food. It was not what I wanted when I got home and they said I got what I paid for. I don't care how much more or less it would have been I wanted what I ordered. Horrible customer service pretty much told me to just eat it.

Hands down WORST KFC & Taco Bell location in Edmonton/Fort. If you like stale old fries, the inability to use online /in app / or mailed coupons and will be charged full price on historically know special days like TACO TUESDAY. This store is for you. It does not participate in any coupons available and it no longer does Taco Tuesday. So check your receipts because they are charging you full price every time.

Took 8 minutes in the drive through once I was at the window at lunch time. Everything else was perfect. Just be advised if you're going for lunch, it make take too long.

I have purchased from there a couple of times over the last two weeks however when I tried to use an online coupon there today suddenly they are not a "participating" location? They sent me away rather than honoring a coupon that I downloaded from the KFC website even though the coupon does not expire for 11 more days. They have just lost three families as customers.

There delivery times are all over the place , Skip says closed at 8PM, Door dash 745PM, Uber Eats 930Pm but theres no drivers for ubereats so cant even order it

I'm done, I'm not insane to keep making the same mistake and you should too. Last couple of times I ordered from here, there's ALWAYS something missing from the order. Food is disgusting, so not really a big loss, but boy does it make me mad that I throw away hard earned money for these "people". Places like this is why I prefer home cooking and regret eating out. It's rare for me and the family to want to eat fast food, but I am saddened that the world is no longer what it used to be and these immigrants can't comprehend the simplest of tasks and take out the joy of having to relive some of the memories from my past.

I went here quite a few times to see if I'd change my opinion on their food quality before I left a review. Their food is consistently disappointing, we always get a family bucket of chicken and its mostly all dried out and very tiny pieces with most of it burnt off already. You might get one or 2 pieces of juicy chicken if you're lucky and staff look unhappy and irritated most days. Extremely disappointing, not worth the increased prices, go to Mary Browns or Popeyes which I've tried and is very satisfying
