Normally everyone at this location is super nice but today I went through the drive-through and accidentally started to drive off without my drink. I backed up and got my drink as I was getting my drink The lady at the drive-through says to me “ Must’ve been in such a hurry to vape” Like excuse me?!? I was also with a friend and mind you neither of us have vaped in our entire lifetimes.

Just ordered my usual double double and I’ve got dark roast DD . Of course you cannot try it right away because it’s boiling hot and by the time i took my first sip i was long time gone. Never coming back,something so simple yet so important for lots of people you’re unable to do right! SMH

The lady in the drive through told us to repeate 1 thing 5 times. And still didnt get the order right. I work in customer service its not hard to get a coke right when its the drink. She gave water instead and zero straws. I can honestly say this has been the worst service i have received from them.

The just be hiring anybody
Just got out of the drive through and every single time there is a new thing this location just “doesn’t have it” and they refuse to make sure they have something before adding it to what you pay for. Although a small amount this time, it’s starting to add up. I just paid for a pie that doesn’t exist and the workers forced a replacement instead of allowing me to have a refund. I can’t even eat the replacement because of allergies. For anyone looking to go here for the new caramel pie they don’t have it apparently. Just like they didn’t have the strawberry one. I’m starting to think the workers are hoarding special menu items at this point.

Can’t order anything without them messing up
I wanted to try the triple pickle bacon mcCrispy. I got no bacon and 2 freaking pickles. Will never ever go back

Staff are not trained in how to use online order codes. The last week I went to drive thru I provided my code from the app to earn rewards. When I got to the window for paying apparently the car ahead of me never paid for their order.
The lady didn’t have my order input apparently and asked me what I ordered so I had to provide it again. It took more than 3 minutes at this window and I had a huge lineup behind me. When I got my order and went home (I had a screaming little in the backseat). I noticed I had been charged for two separate orders. I’m guessing the person ahead of me who didn’t pay somehow got my meal and the lady had to input my order again and that’s when I was double charged.
A similar incident happened to me when I wanted to apply rewards from my app. I made my order at the speaker then when I got to the window I asked if my free fries could be applied to that order. They made it seem fine but when I picked it up they had given me two orders of fries. They used my reward for the free one and I had to pay for the other one. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to resolve this. Very disappointed in being overcharged in several situations now. I use the drive thru when I’m in a hurry so it’s never something I am able to go inside to resolve.
How do you review mcdonalds, if you never been, try it, otherwise if you know, you know!!

This McDonald’s messed up my order so many times I stopped using it. If you do use it check your entire order before you leave the window. Younger employees here are great, others should be retired or can’t be bothered or barely speak English

You guys doing ok? Alot of mistakes on orders/getting other people's orders. (In the last month or so) Poutine almost no gravy, big Mac almost no sauce, frappe had so many big chucks of ice in it, and now only one slice of a pickle in the burgers? Definitely have noticed a big decline in quality at this location, it's rare when we actually get a order correct.

Had a good breakfast there this morning. Quick and hot. Saw many of the team actually cleaning the tables and floors which hardly ever happens nowadays! Most fast food restaurants have tables which are filthy and unkept. This location is very clean. I noticed the manager (I believe) working hard with his employees and keeping the orders going. Well done!
