I dont think ive ever been in a mcdonalds and seen so many employees standing around, doing nothing but talking and twiddling their thumbs. They seemed unorganized, and didnt even care. I didnt even have anything wrong with my order other than that it took over 15 minutes to get it. There was one gentleman who seemed to actually care about getting orders out, and I watched him attempt to communicate with his teammembers with no reaction or response from anyone. The manager, who i asked to make sure he was a manager, was instigating the socializing amongst his staff, while another member of the management team was scrolling on her phone in front of the fry station. Like whats going on? Keep in mind, I had 15 minutes to stand there and watch it all. Im shocked. If this is the standard that mcdonalds in general is setting then they have slipped drastically.

I just want to personally take the time to acknowledge James, the very kind and professional gentleman working today. There was a small error with the order and James took it upon himself to go above and beyond to resolve the issue!!
We have been coming to this McDonald’s for years now, and it’s always been the best location to go to. Their customer service is always on point and the food is excellent!!!!

It’s your regular McDonald’s. Clean, however if you order more than 3 meals something WILL be forgotten. Of the last 10 visits something has been missing. Whether a drink, or full meals. I think of the last 2 years of visiting this McDonald’s only once have we gotten everything. No better on skip the dishes either.

We ordered from drive thru at 1:30am. We ordered fries and nuggets but the fries are very salty and cold. Please next time serve a fresh one to satisfy your customer

Ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget meal with extra sauce packets, large fries, 6 pops and a McFlurry. Not a huge order.
The pops were not the right flavours for half of them and 3 of the 6 had no filling whatsoever in them, just powdered cake dough.
Then the real kicker, they send me a bag full of nugget sauce and no nuggets…the biggest and main item in the order gets forgotten. You’d think the big bag of nugget dip would be a hint something was missing.
All around awful food and service, will never eat here again. And that’s kind of sad because I grew up here and it used to be a great place, how far it’s fallen in every conceivable way.

Always have to pull up to wait for my food. Whenever I go through the drive through. Not sure why but its supposed to be fast food not wait in a spot for your food.
Felt like mortuary. Guy at the counter looked haggard as he'll. Food was just splat together.....burger patties were cold i think the pop was warmer I'd stay away

I was there at 6:00 pm on a Friday. Place was packed, and yet everyone was polite and pleasant. Support these hard working folks. Let them know there doing a good job. It goes a long way.
