Just got out of the drive through and every single time there is a new thing this location just “doesn’t have it” and they refuse to make sure they have something before adding it to what you pay for. Although a small amount this time, it’s starting to add up. I just paid for a pie that doesn’t exist and the workers forced a replacement instead of allowing me to have a refund. I can’t even eat the replacement because of allergies. For anyone looking to go here for the new caramel pie they don’t have it apparently. Just like they didn’t have the strawberry one. I’m starting to think the workers are hoarding special menu items at this point.

Staff are not trained in how to use online order codes. The last week I went to drive thru I provided my code from the app to earn rewards. When I got to the window for paying apparently the car ahead of me never paid for their order.
The lady didn’t have my order input apparently and asked me what I ordered so I had to provide it again. It took more than 3 minutes at this window and I had a huge lineup behind me. When I got my order and went home (I had a screaming little in the backseat). I noticed I had been charged for two separate orders. I’m guessing the person ahead of me who didn’t pay somehow got my meal and the lady had to input my order again and that’s when I was double charged.
A similar incident happened to me when I wanted to apply rewards from my app. I made my order at the speaker then when I got to the window I asked if my free fries could be applied to that order. They made it seem fine but when I picked it up they had given me two orders of fries. They used my reward for the free one and I had to pay for the other one. I was in a rush so I didn’t have time to resolve this. Very disappointed in being overcharged in several situations now. I use the drive thru when I’m in a hurry so it’s never something I am able to go inside to resolve.

This McDonald’s messed up my order so many times I stopped using it. If you do use it check your entire order before you leave the window. Younger employees here are great, others should be retired or can’t be bothered or barely speak English

You guys doing ok? Alot of mistakes on orders/getting other people's orders. (In the last month or so) Poutine almost no gravy, big Mac almost no sauce, frappe had so many big chucks of ice in it, and now only one slice of a pickle in the burgers? Definitely have noticed a big decline in quality at this location, it's rare when we actually get a order correct.

Had a good breakfast there this morning. Quick and hot. Saw many of the team actually cleaning the tables and floors which hardly ever happens nowadays! Most fast food restaurants have tables which are filthy and unkept. This location is very clean. I noticed the manager (I believe) working hard with his employees and keeping the orders going. Well done!

They're usually very efficient & quick to serve, though I've been shorted on an order of fries a couple of times. The last visit they managed to serve my 1/4 lb BLT with 2 bottom buns, it tasted fine but, hey, no sesame seeds. A little heavy on the sauce sometimes, need to wipe the burger with a napkins prior to eating or it's a mess. Lots of parking available.

Avoid this location at all costs on weekends.

Repeated my order 3 times before paying, was given the wrong order, then was asked to wait out front for my food for 20+ minutes. My order was a breakfast sandwich and a hash brown there’s no way it should take that long.

They’ll make someone with a one meal order wait in the parking lot but then they’ll let someone who has a 15+ sandwich order sit in the drive thru building the line up.
