The fries here are the worst I have ever had!! I went up and exchanged them because they were so dried out that we couldn’t eat them. When I got the replacement fries, they were just as bad!!

Me and my nephew are excited to see the toys but when we open the kids box nothing in there, so i need to ask the counter why, and they said run out of it. Hope to have enough stocks to accommodate kids. And i need to go back to counter again for a ketchup, I understand the waste and costing you guys are doing but at least while giving the order maybe just ask if they want ketchup or not 😊. The place is full of flies 🤔 just thinking maybe tables are not clean properly.

I visited your location today and ordered a kids meal for takeout. Naturally, my daughter was excited about the toy that usually comes with it. However, when we got home, we discovered there was no toy in the box.
I called the store to explain the situation, but unfortunately, the person who answered was dismissive and unhelpful. She immediately told me she wasn’t there 20 minutes ago (when we were), cutting me off before I could even explain the issue. There was no apology, no effort to understand or resolve the problem, and no basic customer service courtesy—like asking for a receipt number to verify the transaction. I wasn’t upset when I called; I just expected a kind, professional response. Instead, she hung up on me after I said “never mind.”
It was disappointing, especially because we’re regular customers and my kids love your place. I rarely complain, but I felt I had to make an exception this time coz my daughter was in tears when she didn’t find the toy.
I’m not asking for a call back or any compensation. I’m simply writing to let you know how poorly this situation was handled. It’s unfortunate, and I hope it’s addressed so other customers don’t experience the same.

At what point do the health officials get involved? Is it cause it’s McDonalds and it’s inside Walmart and both are powerful? This place is gross, flies all over the god damn place and the walls and tables are filthy!

She is very rude and disrespectful
I work as skip delivery driver
Every time i go pick food
She ask me to show her my screen
I told her multiple times that this is my private device
I cannot show you my screen
I told her its not skip’s policy and i told many times that talk to skip if you have concerns because at the same store no one else asks to see my phone but her
And i also go to hundreds of other restaurants too and nobody ask for it
And her tone is very rude and making her own policies
I would have given zero star
Please dont order from here
This store is complete bullshit
They ask all the courier drivers to show them there phone which most of us are not comfortable with as its my personal device and there is no policy from either platform be it skip the dishes , Uber eats or Doordash and this is violating our privacy
It needs to be fixed and i have personaly spoken to Doordash and they told me not to show my phone to any restaurant at all and i will be sharing the screenshots

This August person who works here has a sour attitude and I’ve caught her being disrespectful to the people she works with and customers on multiple occasions. Also she smells bad but that’s another issue.. should really be addressed though as that turns people away. Go to the other mcdonald’s and avoid this sorry excuse for a manager lol.
Sad you wait over 15 minutes for three sausage mcmuffins, even the employees were getting pissed off as well in the front. Ridiculous, whoever was on kitchen deserves to learn what a fast food restaurant means. Its not in the name for no reason.

I used to recommend this location. Many staff are still polite, but there's been a few instances of deliberate bad orders.
Take this x-large coffee cup, for example. I thought they took pride in pouring their professionally mixed blend into a customers cup.
Obviously not in the image here - it's a spoonful of coffee grinds that was dumped into the coffee as I ordered two, and the other was not tampered with. It's too bad seeing this as you can no longer trust people working at McDonalds to prepare your food. Even coffees!
I asked to speak to the manager and she smelt awful. Will not be back.
One of the worst run McDonald's I have ever seen. Somehow, on more then one occasion my black coffee has been wrong. The food is usually cold or thrown together in a haphazard way. This is a top down problem, I have come here for years for coffee and sometimes breakfast for years, whoever is training and managing the staff needs to go.
Today was the final straw. I ordered a BLT bagel, it was the saddest sandwich I have ever seen. A scoop of mayo in the middle, 2 tiny pieces of bacon and a tomatoe that I can only call mush. This was after the drive through took 17 minutes to get through because they were out of hashbrowns.... At breakfast time....
Got my breakfast and coffee fast
I went in for a coffee this morning and every cup they gave me was leaking, I went for a new one each time and they got annoyed that I kept sdkign for a new cup because all the cups are leaking from the bottom, Mt clothes had coffee on them and so did my groceries. The rataurant was empty and I came in at 7:30 a.m. Horrible service, ruined my morning
