We decided to take our children to Modo Mio so that they could try a more family run restaurant instead of the chains in town. It was fairly busy that weekend evening, but we were promptly attended to. Our drinks appetizer came out quite quickly, along with the fresh buns and oil for dipping. The herbs and spices in the oil really enhanced the flavour of the bread. The mozzarella sticks were quite tasty and the kids devoured them.

Great little hidden gem in the fort! Atmosphere inside was perfect for our family birthday celebration, nice and quiet and easy to talk with the older family members without struggling! Loved the options - something for everyone, including the kiddos! Drinks were also very good.
The service was perfect, they took care of you right away and did not feel lacking on checking in or anything. They even helped one indecisive member choose a good dish and they loved it!

We were here for a birthday lunch. The portions were large, as I believe everybody took food home for lunch the next day. Everything was tasty, although the risotto that came with the osso buco was a little different as it had many vegetables included. Still, it was very good. The restaurant was quiet, so we had good service. The server also recognize that we had a seven-year-old with us and made sure she quickly had food.
