It's a good place but expensive... So only special times....

I'd love to get the owners number , the poor service from staff and management was of a lack better words shameful , lazy and showed no accountability . highly mismanaged.

The food was cold and dry my husband and I both got the ultimate smoke platter and the brisket was dry as heck, the pulled pork and the ribs were decent but mostly fat and the cornbread was so dry it was crumbling in my hands. They also forgot the cornbread on my husbands plate and when they brought it to him the server grabbed it off the plate she was holding and put it on his plate, and proceeded to give the dirty plate to another table to use. The only good part was the fries. Service was poor. Our server gave us our food and we didn’t see him till we needed the bill. When we did get the bill the server left me with the machine and walked away and when she came back another server came up and was telling her how another table had walked out because the food was taking too long. We were baffled at the lack of hygiene and courtesy we experienced.

Stopped in after my wife finished her last day of work and retired. We just had 2 plates of wings hot and honey garlic. They were the largest wings I think I have had in years. Also an order of deep fried pickles. Maybe a little too much Red Ale but everything was great. I know there are a lot of places to eat but support this place not as we did in Sherwood Park. We will return.

I was here a few days ago, and I had what was very likely the best fish and chips (the one piece was a great serving size) I have ever had. The fries were crispy, but not too crispy. There were a couple really crunchy ones, which is like a fun little treat at the end of eating all the other fries on top. And the fish... it was delectable. Most places don't seem to season their fish very much, but at Montana's they seasoned it so so well. I could tell just by looking at it that it would be delicious. I usually eat fish with lots of tartar sauce. And I did with this fish too, but I could definitely have this fish without it and I would still be very happy. We were served by Churyl, and she was absolutely wonderful. So sweet and just lovely to chat with. It made the whole experience way better! All in all, exceptional service, amazing food, and the atmosphere was lovely! The lighting was very welcoming. We sat upstairs, and we had a view of the restaurant and the bar. It was really neat. We could also draw on the paper that covered the tables, which was just an added fun bonus. I will definitely be coming back to try some of the other menu items! Thank you Montana's staff, and especially Churyl!

Had a wonderful experience at this Montana's for our date night. Our server Churyl was very attentive and friendly, absolutely amazing service! We had the burnt ends creamy mac and cheese, and the fish and chips. The food came very fast and was amazing! Will definitely be coming back again!
