Reserved a table for our birthday party of 9. Minor confusion as we were told it was booked upstairs the night before but when we arrived, it was set up downstairs. Having the room, they quickly corrected things and moved us to the upstairs area smoothly which was a bit quieter as well which was appreciated. We had Steph as a server and honestly, what a lovely lady. Super personable, efficient and we had beverages, appies and main courses all arrive in a timely nature plus she was great about making sure beverages were refilled as needed also in a very timely way. One meal had a very slightly overdone component and a gravy was missed but everything else was spot on. Overall, happy with the fantastic service with a smile. We will continue to be repeat customers.

Terrible service and food! Called the restaurant and asked to speak with manager as didn’t want to make a fuss as we were celebrating a special occasion. Called to advise of our terrible experience, we feared an appetizer in replace of an $40 meal. So disappointed. Our $38.99 steak was served full of gristle. Waiting for another rare steak over half an hour, rest of meal was cold and all other family had finished eating! Terrible!!! Manager also is aware. Advised I’d call and resolve the issue but with the service I received a review is called for. As others mentioned it’s really gone down hill and service is out the door.

Best Montanies in the Edm area. The antojoitos are my fav. I always double the order. Rib Wednesday also rocks. My record is 4 racks what what. Rest rooms are fantastic as well. Lots of room, comfy toilet seats and the smell is next level. Thanks so much.

Waited on hold for over 10 minutes 😒 then the wife called waited on hold for 15 minutes before giving up on placing a pickup order.

Lovely experience at the Fort Saskatchewan location this evening. Our bartender Victoria was so wonderful, polite and friendly. Thank you for letting us know about the gift cards, we will spread the news to our fellow carnivores. Happy Holidays, see you soon!

What a change from 3 years ago, didn't go back because 3 years ago the steak was tough and the steak knives provided would not cut through, we used the regular knives, not a good experience, last night we were with family that wanted to give Montana's another try, the steak was tender and cooked exactly as ordered, tip my hat off to them as we now will go back again.

I got the surf and turf most expensive thing on the table of 10 people mine was the last thing on the table and it was cold 🥶 lobster 🦞 was like rubber worst I've ever had

We came here twice as a large group and both times were great! They accommodated a group of 12 people last minute and gave 10/10 service. Hospitality was not a question, food was so fast and delicious and all staff were so kind.
