Nice clean establishment, friendly workers but the pizza is highly over priced for sparce toppings. I'd rather drive to royal pizza in the park. First and last time I'll be going there.

Ordered delivery, tried the new sweet heat cupperoni and I have to say it was fantastic. Chicken bites are always great too, love them with the Italian tomato dip. Delivery was right on time, price was good. May become my go to in the Fort.

The good first. Pizza is delicious. I had the thin wheat crust with pesto and veggies. I loved it.Now the bad...I don't understand why they have an online system to place orders if they then don't prepare them. I got there right on time to pick up my pizza, I had the email saying my order was confirmed... and it wasn't ready. When I asked why they told me they thought my order was a prank. It was one pizza. I didn't order 100 pizzas. One large pizza. Nothing on my order was suspicious.They said they called my phone number but because I didn't pick up they cancelled my order. I don't have phone service in this area.. and even if I did, I was in a swimming pool when the phone calls were made. They never sent an email after the confirmation.If that is your policy, put in the webpage a message saying that orders need to be confirmed by phone or they will be cancelled automatically.The attendant apologized multiple times, made the pizza right away and brought it to my car.. which I appreciated.Now you know... If you place an order online have your phone around or you won't get your pizzas.

wish I can give zero for teriable service experience by my spouse and kid today. The staff Rupinder doesnot deserve to work on this place . When my wife ask her how are you she was so rude and reply none of you business . It’s seem she Donot know how customers service work .this is second time they have experience such a rude customer service

We buy (pickup) dinner for three 2 or 3 times a month from the Fort Saskatchewan location and have been for many years, that is about to stop!My pizza has been getting less and less toppings each time I order even when I order extra toppings. Tonight’s personal pizza has a 2” - 2 1/2” wide crust with absolutely no topping on it. Only the very center actually had toppings on it.DO NOT buy pizza from this location unless you like getting ripped off!

Wish they were more consistent with their product.We've eaten here before and had excellent food.But have also eaten here other times, and the food has been terrible.Not worth the price.

Pretty good location. The store is nice and clean and the staff was very helpful I terms of answering questions. My kids had a free personal pizza but they don't make them anymore, so the staff gave them a small, which was very nice of the lady. It's things like this that keep customers coming back. As always, the pizzas at Panago are very good, even though at times, the prices can be high. But you get what you pay for, I guess.
