Server will tell chef the peanuts used in the 5 Colour Vermicelli Bowl was stale. Said salad roll was made fresh; however, the vermicelli did not have a fresh texture. The peanuts in the dip were also stale.

Best pho around! Their vermicelli bowls are the best out of any other pho restaurant I’ve ever tried. Sauté pho soup is also a favourite.
Absolutely delicious! All sauces we tried were made in house. Everything was fresh and hot, green onion cakes were so tasty!

Hi there, I never believe in giving a bad review but a constructive one perhaps at best. I ordered through skip tonight after a busy day and ordered my family's favorites the 5 color vermicelli and some onion cakes while the onion cakes were top tier I unfortunately found a live insect in my vermicelli after attempting my first bite a pouring over my fish sauce. I'm slightly traumatized especially since I fed this to my kids before I even got to take a bite but I'm not here to throw hate or disgust out there for the sake of it, I know that food lineup takes work and mistakes happen I just wish to advise you to double take your produce perhaps because I believe it could have came from the veggies present in the color bowls. This post won't allow for videos but I'll share a screenshot of the video in hopes to get a response.
