Placed an order 4 days ago online to be delivered to the local pool for my daughter’s 4th birthday. When the pizza didn’t arrive at the scheduled time I called to see what was going on and was advised they weren’t delivering the pizza. They said they called and left a voicemail, but I did not receive a call or a voicemail from anyone regarding this order. They completely ruined by daughters birthday party.

We used to love this pizza place and visited almost weekly. The pizza was always great, and the service was consistently good. That is, until one day when we had an issue. We tried paying with our debit card, and the employee informed us that it was declined. So, we tried a second card, which went through without any problem. We enjoyed the meal and went home, but later received a bank notification for a charge on the card that was supposedly rejected earlier. It turned out we had been charged twice for the same meal.
We reached out to the restaurant, both by phone and in person. The first time we visited, they promised to refund the extra charge within five days. However, when that time passed and we hadn’t received anything, we went back a week later. This time, they claimed we were only charged once, even though both our bank statements clearly showed otherwise.
At this point, we decided not to pursue it further. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.
