We used to love this pizza place and visited almost weekly. The pizza was always great, and the service was consistently good. That is, until one day when we had an issue. We tried paying with our debit card, and the employee informed us that it was declined. So, we tried a second card, which went through without any problem. We enjoyed the meal and went home, but later received a bank notification for a charge on the card that was supposedly rejected earlier. It turned out we had been charged twice for the same meal.
We reached out to the restaurant, both by phone and in person. The first time we visited, they promised to refund the extra charge within five days. However, when that time passed and we hadn’t received anything, we went back a week later. This time, they claimed we were only charged once, even though both our bank statements clearly showed otherwise.
At this point, we decided not to pursue it further. We won’t be returning to this restaurant again.

I was driving through fort sask and I ordered pizza wings and curly fries. Everything was hot and ready for pickup, cooked to perfection. Food was great. The restaurant was clean. The staff was very friendly.

Service was fine, but damn the food was just not good. Picked up some donairs and a cheese pizza. The pizza tasted like there was paper mixed in with the cheese. Something about it made it weird to chew.
And the donairs were just embarrassing. Very small and very bland. Added pic with banana for scale.
This will be our last visit.

I picked up my pizza, got home and opened the box, half of the pizza didn't have toppings and very little cheese. What a ripoff! I'll never buy from this store again. Check your pizza before you pay! Pretty bad 👎

Pizza 73 in Fort saskatchewan delivered our pizza to the wrong house and wouldn't give us a refund. Now, usually, I'm not one to complain, definitely not one to write a review, but this is ridiculous. They made a mistake and won't take any accountability, which I find appalling for a service business. Then, they were rude about it, so thanks for wasting my money making my kids wait and end up eating at 9 pm. So if I could give 0 stars, I would.
There were children yelling and crying in the back and an employee coughing their lungs out while preparing the food. Crazy. Incredibly unprofessional atmosphere.

I had a very excellent experience the very kind man behind the counter help me make a gender reveal pizza for our new daughter to come thank you very much for your service. Unbelievable. They also gave us a free giant cookie on the house for our celebration. Definitely will go to again many times!
