Have messed up my orders on multiple occasions. Figured I’d give them one last chance and I ordered delivery. Order pepperoni pizza with a 2L of pop. Got an ice cold cheese pizza and no pop. Definitely won’t be back here again

This Pizza Hut makes pizza the way they used to back in the 90s.

Fluffy crust, fresh toppings, properly sauced.

10/10. Well done!

It is also a full size Pizza Hut so if the owner so decides, they can open up the dining room again.

I suggest they do. Throwback Pizza Hut for the win.

Y’all need to look into hiring drivers who can actually read maps so customers don’t have to sit on the phone for 10mins telling him where to go then have to wait another 15mins for him to actually find his way to me. Do your drivers not have maps or can they just not read directions?

Horrible. Covid is over. Ring the bell or knock on the door. Waited an hour and found it at door. What a waste of $120. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely Disgusting

This was the worst delivery I’ve ever had in my life. The driver, some Indian man, spat on my pizza. Literally. Spit. Right on the cheese. You could SEE it. I almost puked.

And if that wasn’t enough, the boxes were all crushed on purpose. My wings were smashed, breadsticks ruined, pizza stuck to the lid. Everything was cold, soggy, and looked like garbage, didn’t say a word, just smirked and walked off like nothing happened. No apology, nothing. Just pure disrespect.

Pizza Hut, fire this guy. I want my money back. I want more than that. This was sick, nasty, and made me lose all trust in your company. Never again. Fix your staff or lose every customer you got.

I got a medium dbl Pepperoni tonight on the way home from work from this location. TBH it was easily the worse pizza I've ever had from PH & I use to live down the road from Beverly PH in Edmonton.

Asked for extra sauce - wasn't even close
Lascked the appropriate amount of cheese and if that was dbl Pepp I'd hate see what regular Pepperoni is!

Never answer their phone for an order

They hired a new Indian lady who is not polite, unfriendly and no smile to improve their business 😁

Ordered the Big Dipper meal, saved $6 on my order. Delivery came fast, food was hot and I had no issues. Would order again.

If I had the option to give this place, no stars I would the manager is rude and unreasonable and likes to take money from single families. I highly recommend not ordering from here anymore. I hope it’s the next place to go here in Fort Saskatchewan.
