Had an order for pickup got home found an issue, I called and they apologized and replaced the pizza super quickly delivered at no cost.(hope you put a safeguard in place to stop this issue from happening in the future )

Ordered 2 pizzas and some wings through Skip. Took over an hour for them to be delivered, could see the Skip driver waiting at the restaurant. The wings were lukewarm and soggy. The pizzas were flavourless despite ordering pizzas with Chipotle sauce and hot peppers. Over an hour and over $100 for disappointing food isn’t acceptable. Won’t order from here again for sure!

This pizza was disappointing. It was a very heavy/doughy crust and had almost no sauce which made the pizzas lack flavour. The cheese/garlic bread was also not good...super dry and bland. I was told it would be ready for pick-up in 30 minutes and I waited at least 50 minutes to pick it up and it was literally dead inside (3:30pm).

Very doughy pizza but had lots of flavour in the sauce. Toppings seemed fresh as well. If you like crispy pizza this isn’t for you. The staff are super friendly and prices are really good as well. It is a pizza to try for sure.

Today I visited Pizza Twist in Fort Saskatchewan, and I must say – I was honestly impressed! The pizza was absolutely delicious – one of the best I’ve had in a long time. The crust was perfectly baked – crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The toppings were super fresh, and you could really taste the quality in every bite.
