PrimeTime Donair & Poutine

!2 hrs after eating a regular cheese donair I've been on the toilet twice this morning.

I’m incredibly disappointed. I rarely order delivery (Skip) and I was craving a donair, so I ordered from Primetime. I ordered one regular Maritime donair (with cheese and extra sauce), a large Hawaiian donair (no cheese) for my guy, an order of onion rings and an order of mac and cheese bites (5 pc) to share, plus an extra side of donair sauce (extra $2). All together the total $64.75 (!); this included a 15% tip and delivery was ‘free’.

Food was cold, even though the delivery driver was fast for pick up and made no extra stops on the way to me. On top of that, the regular size donair (mine) with extra sauce was DRY; and TINY- the portion size was a joke. Bare minimum of sauce even though I paid extra, and the extra side of sauce (for $2) was a side cup with less than 50% of sauce in it.

I’m angry about this order and it was 100% not worth it. I feel taken advantage of. $65 for that garbage order is no joke and the value was crap. Never again. Primetime is a definite fail, and I would never recommend it.

Girl at Front was really nice, helped explain the menu items. Restaurant was clean, food was made in a reasonable time, food was delicious and exceeded expectations!

Order from this place was subpar at best. Poutine was horrible no gravy and non existent cheese. Motza sticks were mirco sticks at best. Onion rings were burnt. All in all extremely disappointing and will NEVER ORDER again from this place. Money wasted. !

for 15$ I got a regular donair with cheese (cheese is extra)
I laughed when they handed it to me, the smallest donair I have ever had, ate it in 4 bites. I am from Alberta and I know what you get for 15$, should have been three times the size, rip off.

The worst donair I've ever had!
All lettuce and vegetables with very very little donair meat.
I would certainly never recommend this place for donairs!
