Wasn’t happy with the service they wanted to sell me a cold pizza after I just wanted to buy a small cheese pizza for my son.
The guys who work in front I think ketan treated us very badly! He desrespect me you dont deserve to take order. Bad guy

I visited this store 3 times always they provided bad service. There enployee dont know how to talk with customer specailly a old man.2 times they have given me burned pizza and also i told them to add extra chess they charged me for it but they have not putted extra chesse. Always they try to save their money thats why they never put toppings and chesse on pizza accordind to the price. I think its wastage of money if we visit this store

Worst pizza at all. I came from Edmonton for some reason and i was feeling hungry, then i went here. I tried it and i guess it’s totally waste of money.

Fort Sask, Ab location! Atmosphere is the same as the other stores but the daytime service is very rude. Ordered a pizza and they won’t substitute toppings without charging more. Haven’t added extra food but yet they charge for extra food. Will not go here again. Swan in Sherwood park and Spruce grove both do it, Pizza Hut, Labests, Royal Pizza, panago all substitute without charging unless is obviously stuff like removing a cheap veggie and adding cheese or beef. Common Swan. Stop being unethical!!!!!

I've had Red Swan pizza before but this location is BY FAR the BEST. The Owner, Ketan really knows how to run a business. His employee, Dhruv is so nice and is VERY quick with the orders. Thanks for the great service. I'll be returning.... many times....
