We had 3 drinks and two pastries on a Mon. afternoon. We were in line deciding our order when a lady, wearing a Starbucks shirt and who was chatting at the table next to us looking over what looked like Starbucks business stuff, sidled in front of us and got service. She got drinks and a pastry - taking nearly 5 min. - then left. We then were served. One coffee was to have room for cream - it didn't. The side cart had sugar, but no cream, plus was unbalanced and wobbly. Overall we got the impression that employees came before customers, and that the drive-through got priority over inside customers. Acceptable (barely) but not great.

Just wanna say I had s tremendous experience at the south fort center location. Had the usual fantastic coffee but had my dog with me and a wonderful barista Sara came out and was so nice to him and gave him a pup cup. We came back couple weeks later and Sara remembered his name and gave him a pup cup again and was so pleasant. Wonderful staff here will be my new coffee stop. You dont get great service like that at other chain coffee places.

Daughter ordered a peppermint tea. A simple peppermint tea. They made her a peppermint latte, no tea bag, and charged her for a latte. She had to take it back and had to ACTUALLY explain to them how to make a god damn tea.

A simple tea.

Didn't get the difference back either. Paid about $6 for a tea.

This is my first negative review ever, and i absolutely hate that I have to write it. I waited in the drive through for 15 min after ordering my black coffee (which is fine i left early for my nightshift) just to wait another 10min at the drive through window for them to tell me they ran out of coffee and if i would like to wait for them to brew more. Guys, all i wanted was a black coffee. It shouldn't take this long under any circumstance. Maybe they were short staffed but you would think they could tell if they need to brew more coffee before running out. I won't be back to this location.

Ressie is a scam artist. Absurdity to charge extra for whip cream on a 8$ coffee. No other location charges. Won't be back

I go here to treat myself as the coffee I order is $7. They always show you a tip screen and I hit no tip cause why would I tip on a $7 coffee already. Today, they showed me a screen that said $12, already adding a $5 tip. They lied about it and made excuses, shifting the blame onto me saying I did that. I don't know who would ever tip $5 on a $7 coffee. Terrible service and selfish manipulative workers. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A woman in her 40s, Has tattoos on both arms.. she was very unfriendly when I came to order a new drink, there was a drink on the table brought out, I thought it was mine, so I asked her, she didn't answer but waved her hand away, that's disrespectful to customers, I really don't like her, I will come back again. I think you should review how she treats customers. Thanks

I was waiting 30 minutes for 2 coffees. There was no line up or anything, the employees kept prioritizing the drive through and didn't think twice about the people in the store waiting for drinks. After having re-order, because they completely forgot about us, they still made the drink wrong.
