says the store closes at 9, thats a lie. they close the store before 9. second time this has happened
I normally go to the south location in the Fort but sometimes for the sake of convenience I'll go to this location. However, everytime I go to this location they always mess up my coffee order. When I correct them and explain how the south location and other Edmonton locations always get my coffee orders correct, they claim that the south location isn't following the recipes correctly or that they don't know how to make certain drinks. Starbucks is all the same regardless of the location, you all follow the same recipes. I'm not sure what the issue is with this location but when I'm paying $7 a coffee I want it to be correct.
Made a simple drink a strawberry coconut with no inclusions and VENTI. Made my drink wrong not once not twice not 3 times but 4 times.

I went to Starbucks twice today, December 13, 2023. I went inside the cafe in the morning around 10:00 to get my morning coffee since I work nearby. I was used to being greeted by the nice staff and to be welcomed with their hospitality everytime I come, but that did not happen today.I arrived at the till, and a lady by the name of Beth took my order without saying hi or hello - no smile or thank you either, nor have a good day. Just took my order and told me it will be ready on the other side. I was feeling rushed when I was ordering and there was not even a line up at the time I came. I ordered food and drinks and the other guy there was nice and gave me my food, even apologising to me for the wait. It made my day despite Beth being the opposite. I let it go because I thought maybe she was just having a bad day.But then I returned in the afternoon again around 4, and still no change in attitude.This time I tried to be nicer since it seemed like she needed it. But that didn’t work - still no hi or hello and this is time is even worse as I even said you have a great day, to no response, acknowledgement, nor a smile at all. My good mood was ruined by this.I love going to this Starbucks because of the people, and I usually feel relaxed and welcomed but this time I felt that maybe she was being racist because I’m a POC or something - she didn’t seem to have the same attitude to the next customer who was white. Maybe she thinks I cannot afford Starbucks? I have no idea.I work at two different customer service jobs so I know how customer service works, and most of all I know how one should act when your job is facing people. It can affect their whole day and you are representing the company.I am very unimpressed with how she conducted herself, and I don't think that she should be customer facing if this is her attitude. And she is a supervisor to boot - she should definitely know better.I hope that the management does something about this incident and not let it go. Retraining at minimum is definitely needed in this case.Thank you.

Was in the store today for an uber delivery. Was kinda feelin gray like the weather. A sweet staff said they made an extra drink that a customer didn’t want and offered it to me as i grabbed my order to go. That made my entire day! Such a simple gesture and i was beaming ! Thank you. Random acts of kindness rule! Pass it on!
Waited over 5 mins for someone to take my order. Then waited about 10 mins for my drink to be made I was the only one in the building. 4 more people walked in and got their drinks before me right after ordering. Then my drink was made wrong Service is slow.

Ordered a venti passion tea - not the lemonade - with raspberry syrup instead of the classic, it took them 3 times to get the drink correct, also got charged for Iced peach green tea which is more expensive & was not refunded the difference !

Worst. Starbucks. Ever. Ordered a grande pike, nothing on it. The chick who took my order tells me I can get it at the end of the counter. Then she stands there doing NOTHING while I'm forced to wait almost 10 minutes because "all the drinks come from the people making the drinks." What, are you unionized at this location? The chick taking orders can't turn 180 degrees, pick up a cup and pour the already brewed coffee into it? Totally get that if you order a fancy drink, it takes time but come on - 10 minutes for a bloody brewed coffee? Is there any way to leave less than 1 star??

Go here daily and get the same drink normally is made very good but today when I visited, the drink was not even made properly and definitely did not have the add ons that I had paid for.
