I've been to multiple Starbucks locations as well as worked for Starbucks, this is thr only location that insists the Chestnut Praline is seasonal, if a customer requests it, and IF thr ingredients are available why can't you make it. Every other Starbucks will do it IF ingredients are on hand. Also this drink should be year round because it's an year favorite. I made this drink in summer for a client when working in B.C. at a Starbucks, also would it hurt to smile?...

Not all Starbucks are created equal. The staff here are efficient and friendly, and with the slightest encouragement will engage in conversation while your order is being completed. If you happen to get Olivia as your barista you’ve hit the jackpot!! Best cappuccino I’ve ever had (and I’ve had many). Foam so thick I had to eat it with a spoon! They have a happy customer in me.
