We went through the drive through yesterday, thanksgiving sunday. Service was horrible.Order was wrong.Employees gave attitude and were quite rude.We were shocked, my daughter lives close by and has had horrible service from this location often. It's unfortunate when you spend lots of money for something to drink And employees show you attitude Because they screw your order up
And they act like, it's your fault.

made my drink wrong very rude service from all the servers made my drink wrong. if i could leave 0 star reviews i would. forgot about my drink and i had to wait for a hour. i expected more seeming as to how i payed so much money for a dump drink.@

I'm a long time patron of Starbucks. But consistently my order has a mistake. When I'm paying over $6 for a latte, at least get it right?
I specifically said YES to whip, and the order taker decided it is opposite day. I said half sweet, and she even asked me if I still want whip. I said Yes. Ugh.
Not cool Starbucks.

This store definitely has a friendly environment, staff greet customers on the way in and acknowledge customers on the way out. Even when there is human error on drinks and things the staff is quick and friendly about making a fix in the situations. There is always someone who tries to make personal connections wether it is by remembering names or orders!!!

if i could put a 0 i would. the lady was rude and took my gift card when it had money on it. then proceeded to make my drink wrong and then be even more rude after i asked to remake it. if i am paying over $8 for a drink i will make sure it is correct. i also think they should give the customer the drink they made incorrectly because it would just be a waste to throw it out, think about all the people that could use that drink. so heartbreaking. starbucks needs to get it together. her personal style was very offensive, i didn’t get get her name but that was definitely not appropriate to be working there in. i will never go back.

You’d think a kid bringing a cat on a walk enjoying their childhood on family day would at least get some enjoyment from people, or at the least understanding. Not whoever the manager was today though kicking kids out of Starbucks though. Real nice, I get policy but just hounding kids trying to enjoy themselves.

just went to my regular starbucks like any other morning. would be the fourth pumpkin spice latte this season. probably gonna be my last. i got my best friends both a tall pumpkin spice and i got myself the grande. tried both of theirs, and to my shock, theirs were delicious! mine tasted like literal dirt. water some would say. maybe rotten milk. no clue why they made it like this(they were training a new employee maybe they should watch them more often) because she definitely just poured water in my drink. asked for light whip…got heavy. so i will never go to this location again, i recommend the one by shoppers. was gonna go back inside for redemption, but it already totalled to close to 30 dollars. shouldn’t offer tip options before the tasting of the drink because if someone got the drink i did today they would regret tipping in the first place. ruined my morning. my day. my week. my life.

Frappuccinos and Americanos were good. The food was terrible, the cutlet in my bourgin had a bad taste and tasted terrible, I had to throw it away
