This is by far my favourite Subway in the Edmonton/Fort Saskatchewan area. They are always on time and always courteous. The ladies at the counter are super sweet and their smiles brighten my day!

Ordered online at 10:50am .. began to drive to the store 15 mins after my order and 5 mins before pickup. I received a phone call from this Subway while on the way telling me that they have to delay my order 25 mins more because “they are out of bread.” I asked what are my options and she said “just to wait.” Sorry, but that’s not acceptable customer service. How are they out of bread at the beginning of the lunch rush? So here I am sitting in the parking lot making good use of my waiting time by posting this review.

Been several years since I've been to a subway . First visit was to the one in Fort Saskatchewan, AB.
Was excellent like it was 20 yrs ago in the city .

Felt like I intruded on the lady because I wanted a sub.....no hello, kind if tossed my sub together not putting everything on it as I had asked and when I said something she just shrugged her shoulders and carried on.
Won't be back there

Come to this location quite frequently. Going in and ordering is fine. The order for pick up is an issue. Our sandwiches are always lacking on the order to pick up option. Today specifically my sandwich had no cheese, although cheese was selected, I ask for ‘less’ sauce and it’s soaked in sauce and ‘more’ pickles and had 3 pickle. I can only suggest that they read the orders more thoroughly

I ordered a veggie delight footlong and see above what i have received there were 3 slices of tomato 4 slices of onion amd lettuce thats all and they charged $18 I mean is this what i am suppose to get for $18 they are the worst this is how they serve the customer

There’s 2 ladies working today. The one with glasses is so sweet and professional! The other one on the other hand is obviously miserable, not friendly and prejudice. She was not welcoming nor inviting. No customer service skills what so ever. Re-evaluate her competence as she needs to do better as a human. Where’s the people skills?! She had the other lady doing a majority of the work, while standing around at the till with 4 people standing in line. Not to mention her hair unkept. That was more bothersome than the very noticeable veggies going bad! The temperature is obviously too high. Frost and all the veggies looked wilted and unappetizing. Will not ever support this location. That’s says enough about it for me to not go ever go back.
